This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and had the cart lock up on me as I was trying to exit the store. This is a dangerous device. 2 issues. Lack of open checkout lanes and the number one issue is their carts. The majority of their carts have wheels that won't roll, wheels that have chunks missing, wheels that have flat spots, etc. I have never been to a store with carts in this bad of shape.

I can't stand the fact that this is my home store. I love the selection and layout don't get me wrong but this management team needs a revamp. They almost never answer the phone and today they hovered over me for absolutely no reason and made me extremely uncomfortable.
