tried calling bakery on 9/10, nobody would answer, got the front desk who put me on hold to page the bakery, call rolled back to front desk 4 times, who immediately put me on hold again instead of checking in with me. tried calling an hour later, same issue, no answer in bakery. Guess you dont need my order.

The ONLY REASON i give 2 stars is this is a super convenient location for me. The emoloyees here need some training on customer service. They are super rude just about every time i have a question or if something rings up different than the sign. Today i missed the part that said "when you buy 5 its $1.00 off. I told the cashier it said $1.49 and is ringing up $2.00 first she said "dont you have a phone? You need the digital coupon " i said "I dont think thats true it didnt have the thing i scan for that". She went and got the sale add and i was correct. She then went to the item and read the sign and came back saying "it says when you buy 5 which means you have to buy 5 or more to get that price in case you didn't understand that part " took everything in me not to cuss the lady out!! I work with high school age kids who give excellent customer service at all times . The rude cashier here is old enough to be my mother.(in her 60s) Old enough to know better. And should not be allowed to work with customers ?!! If you are rude to the people who come to shop they will look for other places to shop. If you have no customers you have no job. In case you didn't understand that. Smh also heaven help you if you visit this location after dark and before close and want to use a cart. They will literally block every isle with their stock to where you can't take a cart down the lane. They don't even move so you can get stuff off the shelf. Maybe you should close earlier since you make it impossible to shop the last couple business hours. Management here has some serious work to do because this is hands down the worst kroger in the area. Unfortunately it's the closest to my home so I will have to go a little further to buy what I need from now on!!

Smaller Kroger but has everything I need. The fuel center is convenient. The employees are always friendly.

Just today called the deli dept to ask about prices for chicken tenders and fried chicken. Before I could even finish what I needed say, the young man quickly told me they do not take orders after 330p and that I would have to call back tmorrow. I told him I was calling to get prices. He quickly told me the prices like a speed talking contest and acted as if I was putting him out by calling. I know they are busy in every deli, but when I asked him to slow down and repeat the prices he still was rude. He had a bad attitude and I suspect he wasnt happy to be working .
I then called a competitor, and the 2 experiences were like night and day.
I called customer service at this Kroger and spoke to Tristan who was very nice and told him how rude this person was. He listened and said he would follow up. Treating people nice that are customers and not acting like you are being imposed upon is lost art at times...Will never do business with this particular Kroger deli.

Do NOT buy any Amazon gift cards from this or probably any other Krogers no matter how hard they push the extra fuel points! My mother and I both bought Amazon cards from this location that had been tampered with. Both of us routinely inspect the packaging on these cards before purchase. We took the cards to Customer service and was told that it happens a lot and there is nothing that they can do about it even though we both have our receipts and proof of activation. They gave us a paper with a number to call but I am doubtful as to getting any type of reimbursement. Lesson learned! Buyer beware!

I've never been a Kroger fan. "Fresh" for everyone means I got a baking potato with a some sort of chancre that ended up running through its entirety and a huge vidalia onion seemingly with the same condition. Yummy! I kept this store at 3 stars because it's a gem compared to the other local Kroger stores.

Ordered a pick up, they called and said they wouldn’t be able to have my order ready by the requested time so I went back the next day to pick up my order. I checked in with my parking space and then sat there for 20 minutes while they brought out everyone else’s groceries, even people who had arrived after me. I got home and they had smashed multiple items when they threw everything in the trunk and half of the produce was questionable.

I love my Kroger Rewards for fuel points, but this visit fell flat.
The Kroger Fuel Center is in front on the store off the road with easy access on and off. I notice their fuel price was 10 cents higher than the nearby Circle K, but still wanted to use fuel points.
With being on the road all day my windshield was destroyed and needed a wash. Every single pump station had a bone dry wash, no towels either. I questioned the attendant who was like not my fault and tried to say this was just today. Obvious not true. She had plenty of attitude and offered no help other than go into the store to lodge your complaint. NOPE! I will just write a review with many hours to go to my destination.
The pump worked fine, but disappointed at the up charge on fuel. I won't have to worry about ever coming back. 1.5 rounding down. Avoid!

I use kroger delivery and have no issue's at all..But!!! I have twice ordered cakes for occasions from the bakery and both times have been left to figure something out last minute because they not only didn't have my cake but didn't even have a order put in and had proof of putting it in,no offers of anything other then sorry I don't know what to tell you...I will never use the Kroger bakery at the Charlestown Rd. store again..

Waited in line at the pharmacy for twenty five minutes before getting waited on. Then did my shopping. Got to the the self checkout of four registers with those full and another six people waiting. A woman came up and appeared to be getting ready to open the other four but said nothing to anyone. Everyone further back got at those registers while the line I was in was still waiting. Very disappointing.

Sit in line for 20 to 30 minutes to find out the prescription you called in in the beginning of the week is still not ready. It used to be fast and good. Is really gone down hill.

Staff is usually super helpful and the cashier's are always quick and friendly! There's even an officer who is there at night sometimes, and he'll even help bag groceries if they seem a little backed up! I thought that was amazing to see! :)
