They often close before they are supposed to, consistently don't have your medication ready by the time it's supposed to be ready, they've been rude.. this pharmacy needs new management.

This is the only pharmacy we've ever dealt with that either doesn't have a phone or won't answer it. Pharmacies dispense a commodity... the only real differentiator is service and I don't know why they have any business at all. Oh yeah, they're in a grocery store.

I switched to New Albany Plaza and have always even the answer is no all staff are caring, kind and respectful. I left Charlestown Road due to rude pharmacists and only a couple of friendly people inn pharmacy.
