Kroger Pharmacy is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While some customers have had positive interactions with staff members like Ethan, who is described as kind and helpful, others have encountered rude and indifferent employees, such as Mary Beth and an older woman who made rude faces. The pharmacy has faced challenges during the pandemic, with supply chain issues and staffing shortages, leading to long wait times and limited product availability. However, the store has recently seen a turnaround, with faster service, friendly staff, and a cleaner environment. Despite these improvements, the Kroger Pharmacy on Charlestown Road is still lacking in product variety and overall supply compared to other Kroger locations. Customers hope that the store will be able to address these issues in the future, as it is otherwise well-located and maintained. Overall, Kroger Pharmacy seems to be making efforts to improve its customer service and operations, but still has room for growth in terms of consistency and product selection.
This is worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have moved all my medications. It is poor communication and slow. Doctor calls medication in because you are sick and they want to take 3 days to fill it. They all need to be fired

I think they do the best they can but they appear to be understaffed and overworked.

Pharmacies can be a pain in the butt, but, seems like the people care and try to get things together quickly for you, especially if you ask them about something specifically.
