Kroger management is a joke. Making someone wait over 30 minutes at customer service for a manager who won't show up. This is pathetic. Manager has been paged once and another employee went to get them. Still waiting..... customer service is supposed to be top priority, but why do they make people feel low.

Fire the whole crew upfront as far as managers and hire all new people. This is ridiculous.
