Such a cute little place. So fun making my own candle. Great ambiance and petting the cat was an added bonus! Loved picking out my special scent(s) and my own jar. It was easy and fun. What a great girls night!!!

Kozy Kandles in New Albany is a candle lovers dream. My daughter and I stopped in a couple weeks ago before a cooking class and was wowed at the vast array of candles and the uniqueness to everything they offered. Boho inspired is the atmosphere. There's even a kitty to welcome you and show your lots of lovins. The smells emanating from Kizy Kandles was intoxicating. Heavenly to say the least. We got to meet the owner who is the definition of Cool. Once we sat at the Kozy bar we got our clipboard and were instructed to go pick out of vessel for the candles (I brought a contemporary vessel that I had received flowers in awhile back...tip!!! You get $5 off of you bring your own. The variety of vessels they have very in shape, size and price. Heidi chose a beautify smaller vessel with a lip in a garnet shade. It was perfect for her. Sniffing the scents is the best part. It's funny to see what your nose gravitates to. It was funny because my daughter and I had a lot of similar likes. I'm sure she just loved that!!! Lol. You get to make your candle. The wicks are glued and stabilized in your vessel and you stir the scent and soy wax that you code and get to pour it in. So cool. We left and had lunch at Toast on Market then came back about an hour later and enjoyed decorated the candles with a variety of goodies. Basically they heat up the top of the candle and you can place whatever you like on the top. I choseDehydrated orange slices, some dandelions and some type of greenery. It was so beautiful. They placed it in a bag and I was off to take this baby home and enjoy it. This is the perfect little fun thing for mother-daughter, best friends orHeck by yourself. It's fun and who doesn't love candles!!!! I sure do.

I have been purchasing candles from Kozy Kandles for several years now & they're my fave. Their fall and winter scents make those seasons all the better. And their spring and summer scenes made me like candles for warmer months, too, when I used to not burn candles at all in those seasons! I love how many creative scents there are. You can even get creative yourself with the Kozy bar, which I've done a couple of times now as well. It's such a fun thing to do with friends. Highly recommend!!

My boyfriend and I went on Friday night to do the candle bar. We got to pick scents we liked and then the worker suggested what would smell good together. After the candles set we were able to decorate the top. It was a very fun experience!

While I have not been to the physical location, Kozy Kandles has become a strong presence in my life and in my home. While every scent isn't for me, I have found a majority of them are and I constantly receive compliments on how good my house smells.I first met Emily at a market in Cincinnati and purchased two candles. From there, I have gone on to be a loyal customer and I have placed many orders, almost monthly because her candles are so good! Shipping is always quick and the candles arrive packaged with care and I have never had anything arrive broken. I have also taken to having a few extra candles on hand in case I need a last minute gift or a thank you to other small business owners.One of my favorite things about Kozy Kandles though is the "feel" of the candles that Emily includes, this helps me as a customer who cannot go to the physical location easily find what I am looking for when I place an online order.Emily's passion for her business is inspiring and it shows in all of her work. I can't wait for the spring scents coming soon and to visit the shop in person!

I’ve been putting off this review knowing I would be mortified if my review ended up like a Tik Tok trend where it sells out constantly and I would never be able to repurchase (if you know, you know). Let me begin by saying when I first smelled the Bourbon Banana Bread candle and my apartment smelled like a dream I was sold. Cafe Au Lait, Cashmere Cedar, and Bourbon Caramel Crunch are all staples in my home as well. But y’all- The Cashmere Cedar perfume has questioned my loyalty to any perfume I’ve ever sworn by. I’ve been hugged while wearing this perfume and people will lean back in and ask me about the perfume I’m wearing. This perfume could steal your man and you wouldn’t even be mad about it- it’s the real deal. There’s a sophistication to it, a warmth, and the way it lingers on your clothes and with the bottle lasting me for months it completely has me sold. We love a woman ran, locally owned business and when I say run, don’t walk to her store or website to purchase her items I mean it!

Seriously the BEST candles! They always make my home smell exactly how described and make everything feel more cozy! The staff are so sweet and helpful, and will even give personal recommendations based off candles and scents you’ve liked in the past. Can’t have a cozy home without a kozy kandle.

The candles burn so much cleaner than any other candle. The workers there are amazing, and really enrich you into the experience. And I even heard they are making a a Kozy bar in the future, which will make me wanna come back even more. Never thought I would be this invested into candles, but this place is a MUST see.

This place is THE BEST. The new location is beautiful. it’s a great place to find plants, sweatshirts, art, and of course ~the candles~. The seasonal scents really don’t disappoint. I love that they are cleaner candles than most of the cheap, mass-produced, toxic ones you find in your typical big-box store. My absolute fav is sweet embers- and I put a picture of how well and evenly it has burned all the way to the bottom, along with pictures of some of my other favorites! The staff is also so helpful and I always feel like an appreciated customer every time I speak with the owner.
