Long lines, not enough cashiers, the self checkout kiosks are useless, can't even pay off your Kohl's card with debt or other credit card, must stand in line and wait for a open cashier. What was wrong with the way the store was, trying to save money by not having to pay cashiers I guess. I would not step foot in the store at Christmas, what a mess that will be!

I hadn't been in Kohl's for a while and now they have self-checkout. Brilliant... I can put things in the bag myself and it's so much faster...especially where everyone is shopping with coupons.

I used to love this store. Now, I really dread going there. Selections are not as good as they used have since moving in Sephora. There is no customer service desk, so when purchasing large items online, you now have to stand in the cashier line to pick up your online purchase. That’s the point of online purchasing - no long line. I’ve been very frustrated in my last several visits to this sorry store. I miss my old Kohls store.

Kohl's is a great place to shop.can always find what I need . Best part is getting rewards . Than they can be used towards purchase.

Not as good as it used to be. Organization of departments is terrible. Clothes are overpriced. Self checkout has been added and would theoretically be nice, if they worked. I had to go to 3 different stations before one worked. Guy hovering over you at self checkout and pestering people to sign up for Rewards.

Not a good place to shop. My mom and I went shopping and my mom said an employee was extremely rude and got an attitude with my mom. The store is dirty with clothes laying all over the floor. The racks are packed with clothing and you can't even look through them without clothes falling on the floor. Check out is long and chaotic. The Managers Kristian and Terry are so rude. I would not shop here, just go somewhere that actually cares about their store.
