Absolutely favorite place to shop for fine jewelry. The selection is fantastic, and when my husband is looking for gift ideas, I just send him to Jacquelyn and know that whatever he ends up getting I will love. The service of their jewelers is incredible and I always know my personal pieces will be taken care of with the utmost care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I brought in two rings, one to size down. I wanted to go from an 8.5 to 7.5 and staff questions my choice several times. It is a 2ct princess set in platinum, and it was close to $200.00 to size down. I asked if they would give me the piece they cut out. Was told that they don’t do that as it’s so small amount and no value. I had it size down but they never dipped it like they said and tightened the stone. Stone loose and not dipped.Then I was told that my other ring that I needed the setting repaired on, was cracked and may need cut down and reset. The cost would be around $600.00 to do that. Well it wasn’t cracked after all and would be over $600.00 to replace 4 prongs.I didn’t have the work done.I felt gouged from the first repair.I came to Koeber’s because of their reputation and both, my daughter (2005) and my daughter in law’s (2010) engagement rings came from them. They were happy.But since the elder owner passed, everyone now gets chiseled.I even googled for costs of repairs, that are much much lower, but took a chance on a good rep.

Dropped my husband’s watch off that needed a new battery. I was expecting to have to leave it but they were able to fix it on the spot and even brought it out to my car when it was done since I had my kiddos in tow. Plus they cleaned my wedding ring!

Staff was amazing. My wife wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted. They were very patient and presented her several different options. This is why we continue to go back to Kerber’s for our jewelry needs!

Giving it 1 star. I brought back my ring engagement ring to get texted before my wedding a few weeks ago. My mom met me there and I was looking at wedding bands. Mina Feli took care of us. I told her I needed my engagement ring resized, she asked me multiple times if my ring was real silver. I told her what the value is my fiancé paid for and she kind of laughed and told me no. She had a snobby attitude towards me and my mom, talked down to me . We purchased a wedding band that day. My mom said something to me as soon as we walked out asking what her deal was. Thursday, I picked up my wedding band and was helped by Bailey. Bailey was very nice. Today my engagement ring was ready. I walked in and was greeted by Mina Feli, and I almost said I would wait for someone else. But I figured I would give her another shot. I told her I was here to pick up. She told me I had a total, which I didn’t know I did which is fine. And I told her I had to go get my wallet out of my car. She gave me attitude and argued with me about it. She demanded me to step behind the computer and I said I believe you. I just wasn’t aware. Not a big deal. Went outside got my wallet. When I came back in she was rude toMe again telling me to step behind the counter kind of pulling me back by my sweatshirt. Koerber’s do better. This lady doesn’t know how to speak to people professionally. All I experienced in my 3-4 minute visit I was being talked down to and given no respect. Someone like that doesn’t deserve to be the face of your business. I will tell all my friends and family who have always gone there to not support this business.

I was stuck in an odd predicament where my local jeweler wouldn’t set my diamond for an engagement ring and I found Koerber’s on an internet search in a frantic attempt to find somebody who could help me out. Mina reached out to me by phone and mentioned that they could help my situation. Eddie and Jeremy were a tremendous help in getting my diamond set for an engagement ring. I would recommend their store for anybody in who needs a quality jeweler.
