Wonderful people, pleasant and will work with you. I was having issues with my lug nuts and bolts and was on a budget and they worked with me with what I had to get the issue fixed. I am beyond pleased with the outstanding customer service ?

Went in for an oil change on 8/6. I went to replace my air filter that night and they had left my air filter hose and air filter box un-screwed. Thankfully I didn't drive around with it undone for very long. Needless to say, I won't be back.

So never go to Ken towery if you want them to do stuff right. So first of all, they had to call and ask us what to do and they're the mechanics. They finally figured out what to do on their own so it's fixed and we come pick it up. When we get there and check under the hood, low and behold the job was not finished. The cover to the spark plugs was in the back seat. We went back in and said that, they said well I didn't do it but I'll put it back on. Oh really? It's an inconvenience to finish your job? So they do it and can't find a screw and they just leave it. And come back in slamming stuff around. So the thing is, if it's simple enough to where I can do it, it shouldn't be that hard for you. I opened the back seat, there it was, they didn't even look for it. Wow. Never again I'll tell you that much.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with. I called about bringing my car in for a reoccurring issue related to a repair they did back in February. Although I understand that the part I provided isn't under warranty, I was shocked when they wanted to charge me $160 just to look at it.
The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed at the very idea of inspecting their previous work or even just helping me in general. As a returning customer, I expected a basic level of courtesy and service, but this interaction was far from that.
In stark contrast, Rockford Lane Automotive welcomed my issue with open arms. They were more than willing to take a look at my car without any additional charges until they can figure out what the issue is. They were in disbelief at the poor customer service I received.
If you're looking for a repair shop that values its customers and provides excellent service, I would not recommend this place of business

I had an appointment CONFIRMED for Sunday at 10:00 but when I arrived there is nobody here and the store is closed. The sign on the store and the website say they should be open but nobody is here. This is second time this location has been closed when they should be open. 2 for 2 there will never be a third.

After having 4 new tires installed 2 are leaking. One is so bad it goes flat every week. And I even asked for the stems to be replaced but was told I didn't need them. The cost wasn't an issue but it seemed as though them doing the work was.

Awesome service, already stressful moving day and had a flat tire. Call Hunter 45 minutes before closing and he said come on in, these guys pushed me right in and plugged my tire. Terrific service and customer service!! Highly recommend.

The lady at the register texted on her phone for the entire time I should in line waiting for help. There were two other men in line in front of me who were just as amazed that she just played on her phone while we were waiting. I left without service.

I visited this location on Sun. April 28,2024. Was sold 4 tires by Steve which was filling in at this location. He was great. When I went to get my alignment on Tuesday which I was scheduled for, I was greeted at the front desk by Todd which is their lead tech. He very rude and disrespectful to me and told me he doesn't do alignments. Total lie. Told me to reschedule. I did but do not trust this rude and disrespectful person to touch my car. So I will not be coming back to this location. I asked to speak with manager. He said he would be in tomorrow. I have filed a complaint with corporate and will be speaking to QUINTON on Thursday when he will actually be in the store. Such rude and disrespectful person should not be allowed to talk to customers at all. They have lost my business!
