My bestie and I walked in after buying our very first pipes from the Kentucky ren faire and no clue what we were looking for in a tobacco. Jay was not only so welcoming, but also incredibly helpful. He went through all of their loose tobacco to let us smell and sample and find exactly what we'd like. We ended up buying three single-ounce bags of different blends: 1866, Iron Mountain, and Pearl Street. Bestie's from out of state, but I'll definitely be back to shop and talk pipes once I'm through with my stash

Got to love Kaiser's. Make sure to pick up some of the cool matches. An amazing cigar collection.

Stopped in today to check it out. Surprisingly poor cigar selection. The humidor doors were wide open and every box of cigars were covered in this gross white dust that I was able to scrape off with my finger. The clerk stated it was caused by calcium deposits from their humidifier and that's why they keep their boxes of cigars closed. I found it disgusting and I couldn't bring myself to buy anything afterwards. I'd just go across the river to Kremer's. Fantastic place.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff! I was told as far as they know, this is the oldest (1832) continuously family owned tobacco shop in the country. Not the largest selection, but some real gems. Worth a visit for an enthusiast to be sure!

Awesome historic place, good quality cigars, nice staff. The guy who works there told us about the history of the place and showed up some cool antiques around the shop. Glad we stopped by. I'll definitely come back next time I'm around

It's been here since 1832. I'm no longer a smoker but it smells amazing. I can remember going here with my grandpa. I'm happy it's still in business.
