So many used auto dealers have cars that look good on the outside but are nothing but trouble on the inside mechanically. That's not our experience with Isaac's Autos. The Toyota Solara we bought from them five weeks ago has exceeded our expectations. The day we bought the car, the owner realized the car wasn't starting promptly so he put in a new alternator, a new battery and threw in new wiper blades too. We are very satisfied.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from them, I felt the need to leave a review. First time buying a car and I chose to visit Isaacs to check out a Toyota Tacoma. I spoke with Jason at the Jeff location. He was very welcoming, friendly, informative and wasn’t pushy. The vehicles and the lot itself were very clean and well-maintained. Everything about the place was professional. I’ll be keeping an eye on their inventory in the future.

I’m old. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time, some nice and new, some less so. I bought an old truck at Isaacs a couple of years ago. It was in fine shape and at a great price. The closer I looked at it the better the truck got. The guys at Isaacs put a new set of tires on the truck when they first arrived. What impressed me was that they were very nice truck tires. Not some super cheap tire that fit the specs. They put a bed liner in it at their expense. I’ve had it two years and it hasn’t had anything that needed repair on it. Until the other day. A bulb went out in the driver side turn signal. I can’t believe the quality of this vehicle, the honesty of the people at Isaacs is beyond reproach. Next time I need a car or truck I’ll be back to Isaacs before I even look anywhere else. This may be over the top, but rest assured I’m not on the payroll, and don’t have family or friends there. I was honestly blown away at that entire process and I will always look there first.

They sold my daughter a car and two weeks later the transmission began slipping in it. Very difficult to deal with. They could care less the car doesn’t work. Shiny penny… looks good on the outside, but mechanically a piece of junk.

These guys are super easy to work with. I drove down from Fort Wayne and they held the car for me. Drove it and bought it in 30 minutes basically. 2014 Chevy Bolt Premium. They only charge a doc fee on top of the selling price. No bait and switch garbage. No additional VIN etching or other backdoor fees. The cars they have are very clean. Great condition. I worked with Ian, would definitely return if they had another car I was looking for.

We searched for weeks for a safe vehicle to buy as our family's second vehicle. We saw many other vehicles at other dealerships, but none of the vehicles compared to the vehicle we found here. It was in good condition and it was extremely clean.While they could not negotiate the listed price due to COVID and the auto industry right now, we feel that we bought the vehicle for a fair price.The customer service that Ian provided was informative and not at all pushy or uncomfortable.Isaac's Pre-Owned Autos was far away from home, but we are happy with the vehicle that we purchased. Highly recommend this dealership!

Great service and even better prices! Got a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Frontier for my husband and couldn’t be happier. Their prices are comparable to other used car lots or slightly cheaper in many cases but you really save on the doc signing fees.. 1/2 or 1/3 of what other dealerships are charging. Will definitely return when it’s time for me to upgrade my vehicle!
