My first visit at Hyper Cars super exceeded my expectations! Great customer service from online communication, to follow up texts, to in house was first class. Although I did not purchase today my experience with the staff was worth mentioning. I am in the market to purchase a good used car and their Website Inventory was user friendly and offered a wide range of my favorite cars. Upon arriving inside their beautiful clean showroom I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. Katie was the salesperson who kept me informed via text messages. They had the car I was interested in ready for the test drive. The car was very clean and the ride was pleasant with no visible issues. However wasn't a true fit for my needs. When I returned from my test drive they asked if I had any questions but what I was most impressed by was their respect. I never felt pressured in anyway. I appreciate that bc most people who are "enthusiasts" like myself are pretty confident with what they like or what feels right without the daunting misery of wasting their time or mine. On the other hand I didn't feel rushed either. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to consider Hyper Cars. I will continue to check their Website and hopefully do business in the near future. If not I will always recommend to others. Thank you Staff for First Class Service!!

I waited 2 years to review Hyper Cars. Bought my 2006 C6 Corvette from Hyper sight unseen. Great experience. Flew into Louisville Ky and was picked up by dealership. Very accurate description of vehicle with no surprises when I arrived. Has been a great car that 2 years later I still enjoy.Great dealership without the games you often expect especially when buying out of state. .

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from HyperCars. There are multiple reasons I keep returning, even though I have to drive a few hours to get there. this is an amazing dealership to deal with ! i have bought multiple cars from them, i just recently purchased a car that had an issue that was unknown for both parties, when it was brought to their attention guess what they did ? MADE IT RIGHT WITH NO HESITATION !! These guys go above and beyond for their customers. Brady Parr is an awesome guy to deal with and helps you best he can with any needs ! Customer service was great, paperwork was easy. But the big problem I had was when I went to go home with my car it popped up a check engine light when I was 2 hours into my trip home. Plugged in my port scanner and had cylinder 8 misfire wish they would of caught it during there inspection.

My husband and I stopped by interested in one of their bmws and ended up leaving in it being able to call it ours! Despite this being a smaller dealer, we were very impressed by their level of professionalism and quality of service. The front desk lady’s are so sweet and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
