I have very long hair almost to my waist, so I only get it cut a couple times a year. I moved from Louisville to Charlestown and was nervous about getting my hair cut here. I was a walk-in on Sunday and Ashley O. cut my hair. This time I wanted it shorter so I had it cut up to my shoulders. Ashley was a sweetheart, very kind and caring and she did a great job. I will be back!

Normally this great clips is decent-ish but this time I had signed in online and came in and took my spot and was waiting for my turn and then some dude came in he wasn't even signed in online and they just took him as soon as a spot opened up I don't know if I will ever go back to this great clips again only if I'm desperate for a haircut

Today was the second time I have arrived at this business only to encounter a sign stating it is closed. Today I even checked in to the business to snag a spot in line. Then, despite it giving me a 50 min estimated wait I received a text a few minutes later advising I could go on over as I was 15 min away from it being my turn. So I left my hot lunch behind and hopped on the car and went over only to find that sign on the door stating closed until 2:00pm. Frustrating!!!

The fact that they are so conveniently located and just about everywhere I go makes them my choice. The cut is fairly priced but the stylist can be the unknown factor. Let’s face it, some are better than others.
