These ladies don't know anything about cutting hair or bangs here. Asked for simple textured bangs the young girl with curly hair & bad biolage says no she doesn't know how & asked her coworker lady in her 50s I believe name was Nicole if she could & that lady said oh yes I got it. We'll I washed my hair so was a bit damp so she dried a little. My hair was just shoulder blade length long cuz I cut it every few months. I simply asked to texturize bottom half of hair cuz was heavier, she then says oh ok bragging how she's 16yrs experienced. Ok great let's shape up my hair & add some texturizing bangs in front to shape my face. Nothing. I do wish if she thought she cut bangs she would have offered to just style the front of hair to see it cuz I left looking bad & I washed my own hair so a style without products & not much trimmed off should've been included for that $20 wasted. Only master real experienced stylist should charge over 20 js smh

Just started going to this location and Daesha cut my hair 2/3 times and I couldn’t be happier. She’s great and super easy to talk to. Get my hair cut every other week and she can cut my hair every time. Thanks Daesha. I highly recommend this location.

I expressed to my son’s stylist Daesha that I did not like my son’s haircut that it needs to get fixed. I was first given the excuse “he has curly hair” then “I’ve been here since 9am” it was 3:30pm. I understand being on your feet all day but it’s not an excuse for a terrible cut and horrible customer interactions the lady “Daesha” who cut my sons hair did not take kindly to someone critiquing their cut when it was clearly messed up. She proceeds to say she isn’t cutting anyone else’s hair the rest of her shift and has a terrible attitude. I had another son waiting to get a cut. I proceeded to tell her that’s okay we won’t be getting another cut from this salon again because her attitude was horrible. There was another stylist actively cutting another persons hair. Daesha proceeds to say she (the other stylist) is brand new so good luck with that. Very degrading of a coworker and horrible response to a customer in front of a lobby with 3 other customers in it. All of this is being said to me from across the salon so it was definitely heard by customers and the other worker. Would not recommend this specific stylist.

I have been to this location a few times now and had different stylists every time and have had great haircuts by them all. Even have my wife going there now. Great place.

Carry Ann is the very best! I would go to great lengths to get my hair cut from her. They are all very polite and friendly.

Quick and easy. Very nice and cheerful beauticians. They made my 7 yr old feel comfortable and had him laughing and giggling as he got his hair cut.

If you can get the same hair dresser that you like it is great. That is why I marked it a 3. I like to go here cause
They have in notes how I have had my hair cut and how many inches taken off and so forth.

The stylist little brushed my hair pulled it back and cut 9 inches STRAIT across. I asked repeatedly because curly to wet my hair. Finally at the end had to stick my hair under sink in there bathroom. I asked to cut at angle. She did not. When I asked to wet my hair took spray bottle sprayed all over 300. Knew Kate spade eye glasses. It doesn't matter what the stylest thinks you should do. If you pay for services, it should be done how you like and how you ask for it to be done.

The girls did absolutely amazing with my boys but there’s this one lady who did mine and she did horrible it was not what I wanted and what we agreed on my hair is way to short not the length we agreed on. It’s way shorter than what we agreed on I can’t style or do anything with my hair. I wanted a butterfly cut and got a bowl cut instead. I will not go back to he my haircut there again. Only my boys.

My son has a terrible time with haircuts. He doesn’t like the sound of the clippers, especially if we they are loud. On Sunday, we went to Great Clips where I was blown away. He did so well and Donna who cut his hair was so calm and encouraging. My son was so happy with his haircut (because he looks like Daddy now) and so am I! Thank you so much, Donna! You were a doll! We will be back for sure! :)
