There are lots of friendly helpful people here, especially outside, but there is one woman who works inside and is consistently standoffish and unfriendly. especially compared to the others. We have started going to walnut ridge in jeff even though it's farther from us because it's more affordable and all the staff is friendly.

Really great selection of plants. Fruits, veggies, berries, all that stuff. I even picked up a Banana tree once here a few years ago. They got it all!

I live in Louisville and hadn’t been here, stopped in while killing some time. My interest that day (6/7/23) was shrubs, and I was very pleased with the selection, health and price in this area. I saw some things not easy to find elsewhere and they were displayed under partial cover—so I wasn’t roasting in the sun (nor were the shrubs).Check them out, more than worth a drive across the bridge!

I visited the nursery almost two weeks ago. I had some questions about a tree that I wanted to purchase for a memorial, and the lady at the counter was very rude. She said she would have someone call me. No one has called yet, but they don't need to. I went to Walnut Ridge, and they were very kind, answered all of my questions, gave some suggestions, and had a better price.

The service here is terrible. No one approached to help. I asked one young man about some bushes and he acted all bothered. Another employee passed me several times and never asked if she could help as I was obviously reading tags trying to find a good product. I plan to take my business to Walnut Ridge today and in the future. I have shopped here several times. Never a warm feeling toward their customers. Seems like they prefer to be a wholesaler than work with the average gardener. Its unfortunate. I had a whole bed to replace. I needed several hundred dollars worth of product. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a nursery which should be a place of joy and happiness. Not returning or recommending.

Looking for nice plants.. a bit unusual it’s the place to go. They even helped me find the one plant I put in our broken birdbath for the last 3 years that I never remember the name! Portulaca? They are helpful. And about the same price as the big box stores on the annuals and perennials.

A couple of the ladies there were really rude to customers In line to pay for there over priced flowers that will die in a few months, more worried about new customers getting in the door.

My wife and I love this nursery. A bit pricey, but their plants are healthy and vigorous. Lots of variety and employees who know their stuff. We always go to Grant Line to start our spring planting.

My husband and I went to several nurseries before stopping at Grant line. Elizabeth were awesome, she is sooooo knowledgeable, she helped us pick four trees to fit our needs, explained the care, and just made us comfortable with our purchase. JUST AWESOME!!!

My dad always used this nursery for all of his fertilizer and tomato plants as well as all his other gardening supplies. As far back as I can remember the employees at Grantline Nursery has always accommodated the needs of their customers.

I visited this nursery today. WOW! They had a great selection of healthy house plants. They also had some very unique pots and planters. The workers were very helpful and friendly. I had to travel a little over two hours home and they even gave me a waxed surface box to carry the plants home. I have repotted a few already and put some of my baby succulents (and a few I bought today) in the unique planter I purchased there as well. I will definitely go back when we have to return to the area in the future for follow up apppointments.

Too expensive for what you get. Bought "hardy" banana plants that the sales people said would come back year after year. They were $80 plus each. They said to mulch around them and they would come back. Bought two and naturally they didn't come back. Called and they said they only guarantee trees and shrubs. No offer to replace or anything else. Sorry about your luck. Do t fall for their BS.
