Clothing is Overpriced. Furniture is Junk. Obviously quality items go to corporate to be sold on ine line. Stuff in stores is overpriced junk. Goodwill has changed...for the worse. Independent thrift shops are better quality at better prices.

Very clean place and plus the they had a charity it went to people that Make a wish foundation that had cancer so and it was very clean and the people that waited on you was very nice

The front staff is congenial & helpful. The bins sometimes are messier than bins I've visited in other states. I want to peruse clothing, but clubbing is often in tangled globs when bins are sent from the back. Occasionally items are too dirty & do not appeal to me in their current state, however, there are great treasures, collectible purses, & Fantastic items. Since purchases are by the pound, some items are worth a few hundred dollars & only cost a dollar or less.

I almost always find something to buy here. Good pricing and neat and clean store. I find that some of these types of places have a musty, moldy smell to me. This one doesn't

Not sure if it's from the pet store that used to be there or just the nature of the stuff that's currently there but as soon as you walk in the door there is a overwhelming smell that is borderline unbearable like an embalming room at a morgue.

I enjoy the Goodwill on Grantline Rd New Albany, IN. They are friendly and helpful. They have a large variety to look thru. I am a VIP and buy quite often. I would like them to return back to senior discounts on Wednesdays. And military discounts.

Everything in the store is overly PRICED way to EXPENSIVE!!!! I can buy new items for the same price or almost the the same price. I will not donate anything ever again to Goodwill. A poor person definitely couldn't afford any of these high prices!!! Shame on you Goodwill!!!?
