Terrible customer service! I've been banking with different banks for over 20 years and I've never experienced this before. Normally the teller will greet you with a hello or how may I help. The young man at the drive-thru line is very rude he doesn't speak to you and he'll have you waiting so long you'll be late. This has happened on many occasions so I felt like a had to make this review.
