She just barely missed the actual delivery of them but her camera caught the delivery person taking the time to fix and rearrange the flowers before ringing the doorbell. I recently order a floral arrangement for a birthday. While the arrangement arrived, in fact within a few hours, it was not what I expected. What I had chose was a nice full arrangement and what I received was maybe half of what should have been in the arrangement. Then after requesting a replacement I received an email stating it had been delivered...I was home and did not receive a delivery. I'll not be using them again.”
