Hey ?I do my banking by phone , or walk in , walk in is so much fun ? for me these ladies and ( gent ) are so wonderful to me. They make my banking trip a pleasant ☺ experience and go out of their way to make sure that they have taken care of my needs ❤

Save time and go somewhere else. You’ll only get 1/2 the info you need if you call ahead and the tellers will be rude and unhelpful.

I can’t believe all of these negative reviews, I’ve never had a bad visit to this branch, there must be a mistake, grant line rd. Branch has always been the nicest and helpful employees..

Fifth Third is terribly user UNfriendly- I have personal, business, and savings accounts there and cannot even do a mobile deposit due to a glitch in their system! Customer service was unhelpful and horrible! I will be taking all of my accounts elsewhere! Worst bank I've ever used and I've lived all over the country! Beware!

I am having a problem with a deposit I made though the ATM. I've seen other posts from people having problems with the ATM. I was shorted money on my deposit. Has anyone else had this problem?

5/3 Bank is fine. Honestly, I just don't think it's that different than other banks. Like most banks, they try to find any creative way to charge fees. And their rates are comparable to their competitors. They've got the services you need and a good number of area locations. That's really about all you can hope for. I have a hard time imagining another bank providing me a compelling reason to switch.

We just paid off a mortgage through fifth third and a small personal loan (both early). Was looking to take out a loan for an RV and they refused to even talk to me because I didn't have an open account with them within the last ninety days. So if I still had loans they would loan me more, but since I paid them off (literally a month ago and six months ago) they won't unless I open up a checking with them for 90 days. Not a very smart way to do business.

Hello, this morning at about 9:30 am. I was in the drive thru. A car pulled up then parked near the drive thru. A tall slender man with dark hair and a dark blue suit on gets out. Grabs his trash out of his car, crumbles it into a ball and throws its on the ground. Then proceeds to walk inside. I wish I could of slapped the look of arrogance off his face. I know he works there because he walked into the back area for employees only. Emptying your car trash on the ground is not only very unprofessional, it is also very disrespectful to my town. If that is how he treats the Company's property in broad daylight when customers are watching. I don't want to know what he does inside. I will not be using this Company for much longer. Thank you for your time.

The atm has issues. The bank refuses to replace or fix. I have to drive a county over to deposit or withdrawal.
