They can not scan QR codes. That is how everywhere I've ever used FedEx with sends the shipping label. I am not sure how else there is to use FedEx, I had to find a different FedEx to go to.

They don't scan FedEx packages or provide receipts here. Don't bother to use this location if you need proof of a return item.

Hope you guys love your expressed packages showing up 1-2 weeks late, law documents being ruined in the rain, and drivers chucking your packages at your door or just plainly leaving them on the sidewalk because if so this is the place to deliver packages for you! Let me tell you that we’ve only lived in New Albany for only 2 months now and I’ve had 2 very important law documents very mistreated and extremely delayed in delivery by these very people! I live not even a block down the road from this very FedEx building surprisingly enough but they’re very keen on late deliveries when you express something. Reporting the drivers hasn’t been enough because the second driver we got would chuck my packages at the front door rather than leaving them on the sidewalk like the last (which still isn’t preferred when you have a mailbox meant for these packages). Not only that but both of my law documents were even very nicely decorated on the delivery envelope with “invalid address” stickers but they never reached out to find/correct my address yet still found it all on their own despite it being an “invalid address”, you’d think calling them and fixing the address would solve it right? No my next document was delivered later than the first (though both were paid to be 2 day expressed) and my address was still “invalid” based on the 5+ stickers they decorated this thing with. Do better FedEx, you’re screwing over lives here.
