I went to this location because it was on the way home from a lyft trip I had just completed. I only went in for milk but ended up looking around. I was highly insulted because I was followed and made to feel like everything i did was in question. I have only been in this location one other time. Thier behavior was unwarranted and highly unprofessional . I will never go back.

Took my daughter in this store and from the time we walked in the staff was extremely rude, the gentleman that was working drops a box down while glaring me and my child down and then follows us as I go to the cou ter to pay My daughter gets sunglasses that didn't have a tag on them I go down to the sunglasses the lady at the counter follows me and I tell her I am putting the ones without the tag back and hand her the ones with a tag, I pay for everything ask her if everything is in the bag, she tells me yes I look and no sunglasses I ask where they are she stares at me I again tell her I told you to keep the ones with the tag I had put the others up she then tells me No I did not, I go fi d them and show her she then says I can just take those! Umm I plan on it because I paid for them then the gentleman follows us out!! I will not be back , I have never felt so judged ever!! If you want customers to be nice to you maybe you should show some kindness. I used to be an employee at this location and it has gone down hill!!!

The store is never open and when it is its a mess.They close when ever they feel like it bring back your old employees offer them more pay do sumthing cause this store is falling to pieces

I called to make a complaint set on hold for 15 minutes then the assistant manager crystal then started to cuss me out because it took the 35 minutes to do a return and had the same customer on both registers for a half an hour while I stood there waiting to check out so we left and she couldn't understand why I was calling and complaining when I asked who the district manager was she hung up on me

Store has been closed for the past 3 weeks without explanation. Family Dollar, you can do better than this.

Would not recommend shopping here unless you absolutely have to, messy store, broken and boarded up doors, just an overall mess, only plus side was a nice customer service person.

They have recently been remodeled.. It is so much nicer and they have tons of new items.

The store is a little messy but they are rearranging the isles. The clerks are very nice an helpful.
