Worse pharmacy. Always have to wait 20-30 min in drive threw, staff is beyond unfriendly/unhelpful and they are always out of stuff. By the time they get it in, the illness is over.Update: 4 years later……. I use them because my insurance sends me to cvs, but i have new insurance that will not be active for two more weeks, i asked The pharmacy to use good rx which made my prescriptions half the price, i heard Pharmacist mull say to the tech “we cannot be doing this, takes too long and we already under staffed” umm excuse me, that’s not my problem, what is my problem, is paying more than i need to because u don’t want to bother. The good rx was supposed to already be saved in the system to start with. The pharmacist here has always been a big B.Nobody ever smiles or looks happy, they need a major revamp of workers.Oh and they still do not answer the phone, u have to go up there and tell them what u want and then go back later to pickup. It’s a joke.Mrs mull needs a new job.

Will not accept discount cards for pet prescriptions. Does not matter if the discount card is pet specific or the prescription is for a human medication. Highly recommend shopping around, as I’m doing.

The hold times to try and get in touch with this store are upwards of 30 minutes. The customer service and level of care is lacking. I would not recommend.

I don’t even want to depend on a medication because this place is so unreliable. Always long waits or some issue. I’m switching to somewhere else.

Don't try to call them. They ignore the phones. For everyone. Doctor's, patients, other pharmacies it doesn't matter who you are they will NOT answer the phone. Huge hassle. This only stands for 1950 State Street in New Albany location not CVS as a whole.

I was on a call with pharmacy for over 30 minutes. No one cared to answer the phone. The phone just kept ringing. Very unprofessional.

This CVS will not answer the phone. I have a question about my rx, and I have been holding for almost an hour, and nobody will answer. this happens every time I try to call. they are forcing people to use their app to check order status, but good luck if you have a question about your meds. The drive thru is just as slow. When I picked up this Rx I spent 30 minutes in line. there were 3 cars in front of me and it took that long to get them through. I guess maybe they are short handed? I wish I could speak to a pharmacist about my medicine

Customer service is the by far the most neglected subject with the staff. Over an hour on hold, and it's like this every month. No matter what time of day. It's time for a new staff!! And training!! OR CLOSE THE SITE!!

Update 9 months later-THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. My doctors office has tried contacting them for two days and they just WONT call them back or answer the phone. When you live 20 minutes away and they don't ever answer, it makes it really difficult to figure out any issues with your prescriptionsWe go to every CVS pharmacy around. New Albany, Clarksville, Louisville..and the New Albany CVS pharmacy is the absolute worst. The people who work here are so rude and you'll have a prescription sitting for days that they somehow never have time to fill. I try to avoid this one as much as I can. I think they need a total over haul of how they do things and how they talk to customers

Highly disappointed I cannot give negative stars. The absolute worst pharmacy in a 125 mile radius. I cannot believe they are not forced to close with how poorly this specific building is run. Calling is a waste, many other reviews point this out and it is not a stretch when people talk about being on hold for over an hour. Called back 3 times in a row(40mins on hold each) because I need to transfer my medication to a store that will actually answer the damn phone. If you have not heeded the warnings from the reviews, you will be severely mistreated. It is difficult to comprehend how the owner of this establishment can be allowed to operate their business in New Albany. I really hope I get the point accross on how awful this building is. I'm not sure I have enough character count to properly inform the public. This is hands down the worst pharmacy. If you had to walk 40 miles on nails and glass to get to another pharmacy, it would be well worth the walk.

Please, I beg of you, update the pharmacy hours when they change. It says 8 online but the pharmacy closes at 6. I had a very important prescription to pick up that is only going to work if I take it today.

The pharmacy failed to auto refill a prescription and I didn’t realize it until I was out. I tried to call and resolve it, but I have currently been in queue for 1 hour and 43 minutes with no response. The local CVS down the street tells me they have heard numerous complaints that they just don’t answer the phone. The website is having technical issues so the only option is to leave work and drive 25 minutes to order it, then go back to get it. I’ll be moving my business from this location because you could at least answer the phone. It’s ridiculous.Update: I arrived, still on hold, and they said they’re not answering the phones.
