Cory is amazing. He went above and beyond to help us get our phone service started. Even helped us set them up. And told us about the android family app that allows us to parental control our daughter's phone. It's wonderful. ? I highly recommend Cricket. The service is great. And their customer service is even better. ?

Helpful staff, my daughter broke her phone screen and they were able to easily help me on how to file a claim. They also had the screen protector and case she needed for her phone when we got the new one. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Was sold a tempered glass screen protector with "lifetime warranty" on May 9th. Employee stated just bring the box with receipt into the store if I ever need it replaced and they would replace it in store. Today I was told completely different story then found out I'm responsible for shipping if the company will even replace it. Train your people.

Fantastic experience and service. Ethan helped me upgrade and saved me time and tears in what I'd thought would be a painful processes. He was extremely knowledgeable and was genuinely trying to save me money. I can't speak enough to his candor and is an amazing representative of Cricket and their deals.

I went into Charlestown rd store. I got a phone two days ago. They push a phone on me that I didn’t want. Which was the Nokia endi. That was one of the brands I didn’t want. I really wanted the LG K92 but they told me they didn’t even have it. So I got the Samsung A12. They would NOT help me set up my phone at all. Then I went in there today, bc I had questions about my phone and they would NOT look at it they sent me to Clarksville. I guess Charlestown does NOT want customers. I am going to Clarksville for now on. I recommend everyone else to do the same. They are rude, they will NOT help you. So even try.
