Contact them before making any insurance decisions. I've delt with various insurance providers and not had any super negative experience. However until I contacted Countryside I just assumed it was a non personal transaction between insurer and insured. The entire staff has been personal, professional and very attentive. I was explained options and fees in a way that let me make the best decision for my family. I was shown areas in previous coverage that needed attention and how they could affect my family in a loss. Call whatever agency you choose but you'd be foolish to not include Susan and her team in the conversation.

Probably the worst insurance company we have ever worked with. Paid them thousands of dollars for both car and home insurance. We made a claim for damage someone else inflicted on our property, and instead of going after the party responsible they've dropped our coverage! Don't waste your time or your money. You can deserve better than what they give.

My wife and I have had the same insurance for over 30 years, after getting some quotes I set up an appointment to go over the details with Susan. WOW! Such a professional she answered my questions and set us up with both auto and home owners insurance and saved us $1200 plus a year. You can’t go wrong here!

Susan is so amazing! She is always so responsive and truly can help with anything. She has been so helpful with my renters insurance because I keep moving, and even took it upon herself to send it to my apartment complex! Truly an amazing and wonderful agent! Susan and her team have been wonderful to deal with, they worked up a policy that was thorough and very reasonable, we actually left an insurance carrier we were with for 25yrs. I have recommended them to our family and friends.
