Very friendly people here and do a great job. They are very busy so you have to show patients while they get to your turn.

It is so nice to have a shoe repair in our town. In the day in age where everything is just thrown away, I love that these guys can fix my shoes. I appreciate their efforts.

They will clean up your shoes and repair them if it’s needed, a local Cobbler in downtown New Albany. This is a skill set that not many people possess anymore, and Phil does it right!

Not too often you meet a character like Phil... I mean that in all the best ways. Great storyteller and giving spirit----and definitely knows his stuff when it comes to footwear. Helped me by replacing the soles on some cherished old workboots and they feel better than ever. Literally probably gave these 7-yr-old boots another 7-10 years! I'm pumped. Thanks, Phil!

I have enjoyed my experience with this establishment. The owners are personable and really do good work. Work is delivered as promised, and the rates are reasonable. I really appreciate having a shoe repair place in our local area - they are few and far between - and this is a good one!

Dropped off my Tony Lama boots for new soles. Phil made them better than new! Great price and awesome work! Don’t throw good shoes away, have them fixed from the best local cobbler around!

Sad glue job on sole of shoe. Had shoes for 2+ months to clean an glue sole.Glue is all over outside of shoe. The toe area is glued but not even touching the leather part of the shoe. I didn’t expect much could be done with them to begin with however I did expect the sole of shoe to at least be touching the front of shoe. Looks as if it was glued then just sat to the side to dry without applying something to hold it in place.

Sorry to be the Christmas Grinch, but I can't recommend this shop. I dropped off a pair of my wife's boots on 10/13. Today is 12/2 and the shoes still aren't ready. It seems Corrao's has a policy where shoe repairs from hospitals, nursing homes, and rehab facilities take precedence over regular paying customers. While I applaud the desire to help the ill & elderly, I think 6 weeks is too long to wait for a repair. To add to this fiasco, it took the clerk over 40 minutes to find the boots. They file alphabetically by first name. And even that seems haphazard. The receipt tab with a specific tag number, isn't used. Eventually, after a series of excuses, the boots were found. The repair had been started, but not completed. So. Still no boots. Another visit required. And then, no matter the quality of work, I'll be finding another source of shoe repair.

Took some old Carolina loggers in for a resole and am very pleased with the work. Cleaned them up and conditioned them nice. He put screws in the sole around the toe like higher end boots might have. Even went through the extra trouble to re-stitch around the heel counter where lining was coming loose. Definitely more than expected for the price paid.
