Zero stars would be better. Paid for a bed in October, still no bed. No returned check, even though we were told it was sent seven days ago from 15 miles away. All we got was a lot of empty promises and a bunch of wild, inconsistent stories why we don't have the bed. The best one was "the manufacturer applied your money to another order." Don't shop here unless you are looking for disappointment,

Recently purchased kitchen table / chairs / buffet, living room couches and chairs, dining room set for my new home. Love all of it! Great service finding what we were looking for. Wonderful delivery team. Highly recommended!

Sold me a faulty loveseat and promised a replacement from Ashley Furniture and even had me talk to a representative with Ashley and assured us it would be replaced ha, the way we have been treated lie after lie, they probably Sold the replacement which we are looking intoI bet the IRS can find out

Bought Bed 4 weeks ago. Said it would be 3-4 weeks at the time, now can’t tell me when it will be in other than a generic “4-6 weeks”. Wouldn’t give me a refund even though I have received nothing from them. After being hung up on by the lady on the phone because she can’t count calendar days (Todds wife) and being yelled at by Todd Coleman himself (who needs to brush and fix his rotten teeth but will proudly tell you he drives a 100k car) on the sales floor when I showed up to get my receipt, they finally gave me my money back. Very unprofessional, sell things they don’t have and can’t commit to the dates they present to you. Horrible experience overall. Buyer beware.

If I could put a zero on this review I would. This is the worst place to deal with, especially Jessica. I can tell you if you look into buying I would recommend to chose a different place.We place an order on 1/7/23 was a Saturday, filled out an application and was told 4 to 6 weeks ordered our special order sectional supposedly it was ordered that Monday 1/9 after signing. No phone calls to tell us anything about why it was taking so long we called several times after waiting 9 weeks due to they didn’t have a truck to deliver our sectional. Finally on March 9th The guys arrived late I told the guys where all the pieces was going in our house and they repeated back to me the correct placement. After being here for over 30 minutes , I had to get back to work because they supposedly don’t deliver on Saturday’s I had to take time off from work. my husband came home we didn’t have the correct pieces for our sectional called immediately to find out what happen and the pieces were never checked and was order wrong, my frustration is with Jessica that never called me back. Supposedly was at a funeral, but never told anyone else to call us back after several phone calls still waiting on our couch that we still don’t have the piece that we ordered this was supposed to be expedited per Jessica but now we are still waiting another 3 more weeks. Very poor communication never once was it expedited to be sent and ordered ASAP. And to top it all off the financing company has already been paid for the furniture to classic furniture to Jessica and we had to make a our first payment on furniture we don’t even have what we ordered.

They have the BEST prices in the entire area! Don’t let the road construction stop you… it is well worth it! I have purchased 2 couches, multiple tables, and mattresses… all at a great deal!

I bought a recliner from them 7 months ago. In two months it broke. I told them, the owner came and looked and said he will order a part. I have gotten no communication from them no updates no information whatsoever unless I went directly to the store which is well out of my way. They tell me Covid makes the parts hard to come by but I've learned the part is in and has been for three weeks now. Still no call no information no contact of any kind. Meanwhile I have a chair that doesn't rock and leans. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and business empathy. They seem holy unintinterested in making this right. I would not buy anything from them. If it goes bad you're out of luck. No backing you up. Advantage of a small company is customer service. If that goes away why bother. Valuable lesson learned. Now I'm out $600 on chair and no hope of getting it fixed soon. Where do I turn?

My experience with Classic has been one of the worst I have had in many years. I purchased a loveseat there in July because I wanted to support local businesses especially during this difficult time. My problem was that the loveseat will not return completely to it’s upright position and they will not honor Ashley’s 2yr warranty. Being a woman and a senior citizen I have felt “ganged” upon by the owners. I retired from Customer Relations at a major studio and great customer service was necessary to ensure their repeat business. As of this date, Classic has not taken care of me. I also contacted Ashley Furniture directly and was disappointed when told that I would have to deal with the company I purchased from. Definitely a dead end.I should have read the reviews before buying but I just didn’t think to do so since they have been in business for many years. I filed a report with the BBB and saw that their rating for them was an “F” prior to my complaint. I have not checked it recently. All I can say at this point is “buyer beware”

I was looking at couches for months! stopped by on a Saturday and found a wonderful quality leather reclining sofa, at a wonderfulprice! they delivered it 3 days later with no issue. I will definitely come back.
