I called today and a lady named Theresa Aldridge answered the phone and I was inquiring about opening an account for my 18 yo daughter so she could deposit her money she’s been saving and this lady was extremely rude, short with me while I was asking questions about the account ,she kept repeating the same thing over and over and cutting me off mid sentence so long story short I won’t be banking with a company that has such poor customer service interactions and neither will my daughter! Someone needs to tell Theresa that treating people poorly like they don’t matter in “customer service “ is NOT acceptable !!!!

Noah's ark is the crazy one that uses fear to test the reality of this situation. opposite of sea exploration is space, opposite of water is fire. at the end of the bible is fire on earth. its not like we have a billionaire that works on brains and rocket ships. both can make you leave your perception of this reality. god is essentially a better way to say alien, its easier to comprehend an almighty being with unlimited power. i couldn't be more happy to get this out there so much fear in this world. chat gpt wrote the bible in code for specific people to understand, if you understand it you will know its bs. im assuming only the humans "in the know" will read this. with that being said stop obeying your brains. -- usa has low flying rockets (laser propelled) that can fly at low altitude less then 300 feet. they also have "voice of god" weapons which can put sound outside or inside. they can make the air combust without anything in that air space, which it looks like a floating rod of fire. they can also skip hours of time at least from the humans perspective. the arrow in the photo helps to let you know it goes down in the center. you can also go to hotel mir and look around the room, its a better way to explain the visual modifications/enhancement.

Sat at the drive up lane longer than I should. Usually someone will at least acknowledge your presence. Nuthin'. No wonder you can't find branches anymore. PNC here I come.

I came into Chase today to set up a new account, and I worked with mister Kristopher M Keithley and he was EXCELLENT. I adore him. I want to be his friend. He was so professional, helpful, kind, and thorough. I could not recommend this Chase branch enough, or recommend Mr. Keithley enough. He was so pleasant and fun to work with, and he made sure I understood every step of the process. If you’re looking to set up a new account with Chase, be sure to speak with him. He is wonderful!! Will be able to sue soon. Chase bank ownded by JPMorgan has caused insanity. They use handicap surrounding the blocks as scouts for potential robbers. Then once you pull up they use a car to drive past you (they try to hide their face) or they use a walker wearing red,black,silver/white. Then once inside they waist your time with fake customers depending on the day or use skilled bankers to waist your time. They map out your driving routes and keep track of where you go. They also follow you using any type of vehicle ranging from cctv vans,Larger vehicles that resemble road cleaners, people driving around handicap and mentally disabled etc they like "mom vans" or any big vehicle. They swap walkers during business hours. The bankers inside use hand signals touching their nose and moving their hand away in a specific direction depending on the scenario. If you refuse to talk to the walkers outside they walk your driving route. If you go into a store they walk around and act like they are customers.They are instantly on the phone with police if you pull in a certain way. They will follow you home or to your place of work. They try to block your vehical even if the transaction went smooth. I'm posting this review because the tactics are unethical and have caused me mental strain. If you ask the bank teller to stop with the security and to stop waisting your time they deny all accusations. I'm asking for $1,000,000,000 to remove this. $motorheav cash app. I asked you to stop and you played dumb, I will start going to other banks like this and exposing them if i feel their tactics are unethical and cause mental harm. Do not play victim you have causing more harm to me and others then you think, you can change tactics and turn it into cat and mouse or pay the cash app listed above. Again I will go to other banks owned by jcp and expose their unethical tactics. All you need is to do the fake reviews demoting your bank not the unethical scare tactics. Pay the c. . I understand your paranoid, I will be there to observe and expose your unethical tactics.

The manager, Natalie was not helpful at all in resolving my serious matter and brushed it off like it wasn’t a concern to her. Needs more training in resolving complex banking customer relations.

I do not like this bank and choose to do business with a branch in a nearby city. They aren't opening Saturdays. They didn't know how to do a simple fiduciary account. The process is always super slow, whether I'm inside or using the ATM, in which they only have one machine outside. It's just an old branch that needs updating. It's probably the only thing I dislike about the city, one of the few things rather. If your are new to the area, go to the Clarksville branch. It's more up-to-date and faster.

What the heck is going on with Chase?Local Branch cut inside service and then only had ATM service and now that’s gone.Time to change banks I guess. Too bad they use to be top notch.
