“As you walk in, you walk into the 1900... of candy ? ? making. Lots of candy making history, good for the kids. The shakes are very delicious. I think the great grandpop, grandpop, and son the son are tending the candy ? making. This is the oldest candy shop.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will learn how the candy was made years ago. Lots of history. Lots of candy and ice cream ? ?”
“My favorites at Muth’s are the bourbon balls, modjeskas, cherry sours, chocolate covered toffee and butterscotch dipped pretzels (which they don't make anymore ☹️). You can't go wrong here! Muth's is a must stop when visiting Louisville, just make sure you check their hours first so you don't miss out!”
“I was at U of L this afternoon. I went down to the cafeteria for something to drink. They were set up out in the hallway by the elevators. I bought some vanilla fudge. It was delicious. The ladies were very nice. Next time I am out in that area I definitely will stop by there.”

1583 Bardstown Rd, Louisville“They did not have any hard candy which is what I went for. They had old school candy bars except no Fith Avenue. They did have the pear Jelly Belly's....yea! ? I wanted to try a Jelly belly marked as one of their favorite but she said there was no way to get out one so I could sample...whatever! So I rate you a 4 and that is because the chocolate was very good!”
“I have worked with Martha and the team at Ah, Whatta "Bout Mimi! on several corporate events, and they are always awesome to partner with! Their work is beautiful and the team makes the whole process - from design to pick-up - super easy. I would highly recommend!”

631 S 4th St, Louisville“This small store has tons of chocolates infused with a wide variety of different bourbons. The shop keeper was very polite and helpful. He gave us samples, answered our questions about the different options, and gave us recommendations. Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area and you like chocolate. They have a small section of non-alcoholic sweets as well. We got some Modjeska candies here, which are caramel-covered marshmellow sweets originating there in Louisville KY. It was our first time trying them, and they were fantastic!”
“I'm so glad I found this place not only is it local that sells my favorite freeze dried Skittles, but the staff is amazing and so helpful for sure will be my new favorite place to stop!!!!!!”
