After using another accounting service for many years, I was referred to Kendall and Better Returns thru a mutual friend. This also was my first year of owning a small business, and wasn't exactly sure of everything I needed. Kendall and her team were amazing, quick to reply to emails, return was done in a timely matter, and even offered suggestions for next year. When I still had not received my state refund, I emailed Kendall and she was quick to contact the state and followed up with a resolution. I will absolutely recommend Better Returns Tax to others and plan on using her for all my future returns! Nothing I love more than supporting a woman-owned business here in Southern Indiana!

Honestly I don't have enough nice things to say. Every year for three years in a row we've had Better Returns file our taxes and we have received amazing quality from them. Fantastic process: simply drop off all the documents and sign a quick form when I get there, leave my documents and wait on the call. It's never taken more than a couple of business days even though I'm a procrastinator and they are usually working on it in early April.I have recommended several family members and friends to Better Returns and I certainly will continue to do so and I'll be back in 2024!

Was the best tax experience for us in the last 6 years, we couldn't use are regular tax preparer this year so wife suggested to use better returns and wow were both glad we did not only did we get a refund, they found a mistake in our previous returns, for years we have paid state an average of 800. But better returns used an offset credit and now we're getting money back. Let's just say they have our business and our word of mouth advertising ??

This place is very reasonable priced. I dropped 1099 off and gave them info. There service is great. There was something I couldnt figure out. They called IRS on THERE LUNCH FOR 45 minutes. And gave me all the info I needed. I also called alote. They was still patient with me. There doing my sons taxes as well.

We have been going to Better Returns for a few years now. She is very patient and answers all our questions, no matter we bring her. We know we can reach out to her with personal or business questions any time. Her fees are very reasonable as well. The amount of time she spends with us is adequate and we never feel rushed to get in and out.
