“Joe has been my father’s insurance agent for decades, and now mine for 16 years. He and his team have always been friendly and able to quickly help me when I’ve needed it. Prices are great, even switching from Indiana to Kentucky (which can be a notoriously high jump in price) and their homeowners’ prices are fantastic for really good coverage. I was pricing things and shopping around this weekend because my husband was buying a car and adding him plus the house to our policy provided great price breaks. The homeowner’s was cheaper than we had been paying for the same coverage, and the car insurance was very competitive. Anywhere that was (only slightly) cheaper had way worse coverage. And with these things, loyalty can be important so I don’t plan on going anywhere.”
