So I called this business with an inquiry on an item I want to sell. I didn't even get through a full sentence before I got cut off and rushed by the seemingly impatient man on the other side. I hung up on him and called another pawn shop in New Albany and they were (get this) actually willing to help me and thanked me for the call. I'm leaving a natural rating because I never did business with them but hearing this guy's awful customer service I wouldn't bother anyway. Glad I dodged a bullet.
