This place is AWESOME!! I went in with my son and the staff were GREAT! I found something for myself, my son, and other gift ideas for the guys in my life. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and check it out! There is something for everyone-whether you're young or older, the selection is great!

I hesitated in going back to this shop due to a negative experience I had last year when we visited (very rude to my adult daughter). I believe everyone can have a bad day and I also like to support small businesses so we decided to give it another try. Yelling at my granddaughter for literally putting a finger on a ghost was uncalled for and unprofessional, especially when adults were actually picking up the ghost in their hands - I guess that's okay. If you don't want children in your shop, you might want to consider adding that to your very long list of things you have posted that you don't want to happen in your store. My granddaughter asked what she did wrong, nothing. And according to the other terrible reviews, this is more than just a "bad day", more of a bad attitude.

I'm not surprised at all of the comments about poor customer service. I mostly had an odd experience when I went in. They had a lot of mushroom stuff in the window, and I was drawn to it because I love mushrooms. I don't really read the signs before I go in because I feel like the good should speak for themselves. I didn't notice the shop was heavily geared toward men until I went into the store. I was browsing and low and behold! There are women's socks with mushrooms. Great, just what I want. The owner comes by and mentions that the socks I am holding are "women's socks" which, yes I had discovered, because I can read the label. All joking aside, it seems kind of odd to have a store that has almost everything male but then carry one item of women's socks? Kinda think the owner needs to realize that gender isn't so defined in this day and age, and it might not be so bad to appeal to everyone.

My sister and I (locals) visited this store in October and instantly were met with two women behind the counter in a nasty argument with foul language and very loud. We tried to shop but could not stand listening to these two so we left but not before telling them they were being extremely unprofessional and would not be returning ever again. Another man was leaving also and said he felt the same. Clearly, these ladies need to separate based on other reviews. Learn to be professional.

Went in there and yeah there is some cool stuff but the lady at the register was yelling at her employees pretty much said the one was stupid because the other worker didn't know where she wanted some items put. I asked a worker at the store next to hers if that was normal or maybe an off day for her and apparently it is very common. Really sad that the older ladies working for/with her were yelled at like that and especially since it's apparently normal there. I hope they find a place that appreciates them.

As others have said, I felt discriminated against because I had a child with me. Maybe they should put up a sign saying “No Children Allowed” so they can inform parents before they decide to waste their time and money there.
