Pros: the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was spacious, it’s within walking distance to everything.
Cons: no elevator and LOTS of stairs. I didn’t realize this when I booked, it wasn’t the biggest problem, but it wasn’t fun to lug all of our bags up to the 3rd floor. It’s also quite the climb down to sidewalk and back. There is parking specifically for your room number, but you might not get to park there. It got pretty chilly and our heat only worked in the bedroom. The rooms are VERY outdated. Beds weren’t super comfy.
Overall, this building has some really great potential. I think if some updates were made I would stay here again.

Awesome place. Clean and affordable. They have a steakhouse and bar as well. This place is on the strip and walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and bars. Nice time

Food and drinks: The Chop House is the best, new restaurant in Nashville.

The room we first got had a long term tennant next door that smoked. You could smell it real bad. I'm allergic to the smoke. We went down to the main desk, they gave us another room (better then the first one). No problem with smoke there. Room was really nice. We would stay there again. The motel is older, could use some updating.
Walkability: It is located right at start of the shops. Was great location.

Booked a room for two nights and definitely was not impressed. The room was very dated. The internet was crap and TV did not work. Maintenance did try to help but did not get it fixed completely. There was food on the floors. Was definitely a bad experience. We had the whirlpool tub and only have the jets worked. The people staying above us were long term (which we were not told in the beginning) was very loud and stomped around until 1 a.m. For the price was not worth it.

We booked this place on the fly needing somewhere to crash after the war in the woods drag race. The ONLY downside to this hotel is you won't get a race trailer in the parking lot and finding the room was a little challenging. But let me tell you, this was so much more of a room than I was expecting for the price. If I ever come back, this will be my first choice.

Front desk was great, room was not.we booked for one night based on trip advisor reviews, don't be fooled. This is more of a condotel than a hotel. Units likely vary in furnishings and quality. We had unit 211, just wierd vibes all-around. Bags of pet waste and buckets of pool chlorone at the front door, odd furniture, ciggy butts everywhere, very dated, worse than my college appartment. We traveled 4 hours for a concert, had Diner at a great spot downtown and left this place to stay at the quality inn, which was an improve and a surprising upgrade.

After reading other reviews, I was really nervous that my boyfriend had booked this place in Nashville for our weekend away. Other than being outdated, it is not a bad place at all! The rooms & bathroom were clean, there were clean linens & towels available, the bed we had was comfortable. The water pressure isn’t anything to write home about but it is sufficient. Bring your own toiletries & shampoo, there is a hand soap dispenser there with some kind of hand wash/ body wash liquid but I used my own. The suite we stayed in had two king beds, two full bathrooms, a dining room & & kitchen. Be aware, if you plan to use the kitchen, it is completely bare bones besides two coffee cups. There is no silverware or dishes. There was a dishwashing pod available if we were to use the dishwasher but there were no dishes lol. It was super handy to have a fridge/ freezer as well as a microwave for our leftovers. I do know they have irons & hair dryers in the office upon request if you need them, unsure if you can request dishes as well. If you are disabled or have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. The hotel is at the end of Main Street so it was easy & convenient for us to just walk down the steps & do our shopping on the main drag & walk back. Overall, it was a nice place for a quick weekend getaway.

Older hotel with decent rooms. The pool and hot tub have mold with heavy chemicals to try and hide the dirt in water.
