We came here and my grandma bought 30+ dollars of socks here. The staff could not have been better and the location and quality of the products could not have been better

When counting the inventory of this shop and its sister a block away, there may be something for everyone. This store features animal themed and career themed socks. The sister store features sports team and more arts themed socks. One of the things I like is that if you purchase socks at one of the stores, you can count the purchase towards a quantity discount at the other (assuming you didn't purchase quite enough at the first place.) They have added just a few items to compliment the themes of the socks in case you already have enough footwear. My only complaint is that the last few times we have gone, we have had difficulty finding the right size of our desired items. Review #173

We love the socks, we have been buying them for so many years. There is a pair for almost anything you can imagine and they last pretty long. But we experienced the WORST customer service EVER! Yes ever. The very young girl working the cash register should not be doing so, she was incredibly rude and the exchange ended in her tossing our bag on the counter with the most disrespectful look she could muster. We asked if there was a manager we could speak with and were told (again with the most unprofessional tone) "they aren't here on weekends". The other employee sat behind the register sucking on a s***** and talking with other customers while slobbering from her s****** We will not be returning to the sock shop because of this terrible service, which is sad because that is all we own and buy for others. This is a town that thrives on tourism, it's a shame to be treated this way. We hope the Sock Shop reconsiders their employees.

I am in LOVE with this place. The person working there and I had a great chat. I cam down from Indianapolis with the "sole" (haha get it?) purpose of getting some socks. What is so neat about this place is that there are literally a pair of socks for everyone no matter what your hobby or lifestyle is. What is nice about this place is that the socks last a really long time and they have a fun after the fourth pair of socks you pick out, you get a $1 off each pair you buy. The other day I got some with some peacocks on it, some with boxers (they have a lot of dog breeds), fun rainbow bear ones, and just some cool looking stripe ones. They have them in different sizes, they have ones with the no-slip rubber, and different lengths. It's just a really cool store and it's really close to the free parking lot down the street behind the CVS and gas station.
