Absolutely wonderful service here. We have had to have a notary twice in the last few months. Both times they took care of us even though we don’t have an account. We will have an account soon though.

They hold a check for 10 days before depositing when you use the app even though the website and paperwork says "Check deposits made at one of our branches, by ATM, with a Bank employee, or using Mobile Deposit will be made available to you on the first Business Day after the day we receive your deposit." This is of course unless you pay an additional fee then they don't need to wait the 10 days they claim is for your protection.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Seth/Marcus Nikirk took all my personal information, then disappeared! I Have never experienced customer service this terrible. He Ignores phone calls, messages, and emails. This is day #22 trying to get ahold of him! Absolute nightmare, Even after the transaction has fallen through. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!
