Work here part time and I love the people I work with. Seen some people have bad reviews on here but most of those people where drama seekers or just mediocre employees. This is a great place to work and the product they put out are a lot more solid/look better than the competition

Having been an RV owner for about 8 yrs now I've dreaded calling any supplier for help, parts or advise. However, after finding we needed a small replacement part for our couch (mfg by Williamsburg) and trying every dyi and hardware store around, finally called them for help. From the moment a real person answered, directed me to the person who could help , it was amazing. Had my answer and part on the way in a matter of hours. Awesome awesome experience!!!! Friendly, helpful, responsive.

Wonderful experience working with Melody! We purchased a used coach and shortly thereafter our furniture started falling apart. After calling the coach manufacturer, we were re-directed to Williamsburg Furniture who provided a clear understanding of what was going on. Apparently our upholstery fabric (chosen by the coach manufacturer, NOT Williamsburg Furniture) was made in China and happened to be a bad product. Again, no fault of Williamsburg's. We were able to get new furniture covers for our coach and working with Melody was such a pleasure. The pandemic has put so much stress on so many business in terms of supply chain issues and especially the labor shortage, but we were patient customers and waited 8-10 weeks for turnaround of the new furniture covers. Melody kept us in the loop providing status updates and she got back to us right away if we had questions. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service provided by Melody and her team at Williamsburg. A+

This sofa had very light use. Our captain chairs are also falls apart in your hands and pulling apart at every seam. I contacted the manufacturer via email and Melony response was extremely rude and unprofessional. They take no fault at all and basically calling RV owners liars and we have no proof. Don’t buy furniture from then unless you only want it to last for a few years and want to spend thousands of dollars replacing

Our furniture in our 2011 Monaco started peeling after 3 years. Started small then went really bad. Constantly falling off, sticking to our clothes. A general mess not to mention the embarrassment when guests stop in. It frustrates me every time I enter my RV. Tried calling multiple times with no success. Was told it was out of warranty. Pathetic how a company can use such poor products and still advertise their quality. At this point they should come up with some sort of discounted slip covers. It will give them a sense of concern and ability to help out consumers.

The home theater with 12 inch console is in an rv we bought new in January and after using the rv just twice the recliner does not recline. Poor quality and have repeatedly tried to talk to customer service and warranty and no response.

The Ethics and integrity of this company are second to none. We purchased a motor home from Thor in May 2017. Within 18 months the fabric on the furniture started blistering and pealing. Our $250,000 RV looked a mess. I called Thor and the basically told me to bad. Nothing they could do because it was out of one year warranty period. They told me to contact the Furniture manufacturer, Williamsburg. What people need to know is that Williamsburg doesn’t pick the fabric to put on the RV furniture. The RV manufacturer does. Thor chose to put low quality fabric, Williamsburg only followed their order. So, even though Williamsburg was not responsible for the fabric choice, they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. They would have replaced our covers free of charge but we wanted better fabric. They gave us a great price to upgrade to a superior ultraleather fabric. Within 2 weeks of selecting fabric, we had all new covers shipped free to us as well. Their customer service rep, Melody, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company.

10,000 miles on a coachmen and the captain seats and couch look like a bad case of 2nd degree sunburn. They are peeling like a onion. But hey the stitching is still holding it together. Coachmen needs to get away from Williamsburg. Wish they had - 0 star.....

I own a 2013 Forest River 3170 Sun Seeker Class C. I began noticing all of our furniture in the coach de-laminating towards the end of 2018. 6 months later, the problem is significant. As most of the furniture is fixed in the coach, it is no easy feat to replace or to get it reupholstered. This is also an expensive endeavor to repair/get all furniture reupholstered. After some research, this seems to be a widespread problem with Forest River RV's and Williamsburg Furniture. It is my understanding that Forrest River provided the furniture materials (poor quality/bonded leather) to Williamsburg Furniture. I contacted Williamsburg Furniture for replacement options on 08/02/2019. I spoke with Melody in the parts department. She was more than kind and provided me with useful information. They do not provide slip covers. They will provide (sell) materials for the upholstery if you provide the parts number. They can also sell replacement furniture but noted that freight can get expensive. She wanted to ensure i considered this when making my comparison. I was grateful for that information.

Best thing in my life is to find out about Melody at Williamsburg Furniture, she really handle the business with professionnalism. She sold me everything to put the interior of my 2014 Georgetown XL interior brand new at a very decent price could not be more happy.

All our RV furniture is peeling and making our RV a total mess. Tried furniture covers, it doesn't help. We literally can not get the flakes off our clothes every time we drive it. I'm surprised there isn't a class action law suit.

All covered furniture in our 2014 Forest River motor home is peeling. Pure junk. I would give them a minus if allowed. At 70 this is the worst furniture I have owned in my life!

Why do they offer contact through their Website when they are not willing to respond to your questions? I reached out to them to see if they sold replacement covers for the sofa and dinette in a 2011 Coachman Conrord - the material delaminated which I understand was a defect in this material that was used at that time. I wish they would have reached out to say they don’t have replacement covers or suggested an alternative solution as I have not found anyone that can or is willing to recover my rv furniture.
