Sent a package 3 day shipping. They lost it in transit and it took over a month to get delivered. For three weeks, no one could tell me where the package went.

Parcels been here for 3 days (in transit) with no update. 1-800#s useless.Update: Package never arrived.And my most recent experience.. It was raining when they dropped this off and these are electronics. 2 more steps and my package wouldnt be soaked. $12 an hour seems like too much for these people to be making let alone complaining.

I tried contacting this post office several times and wasn't allowed to talk to anyone at all. They dont allow you to call to ask questions. The phone system limits you by not allowing you to talk to a real person. You have to have a tracking number or this or that, their choices to not give you the opportunity. I will NEVER attempt to contact these idiots again.
