Purchased camper in 2018 , under 22k. After hooking up at campground, found out we had (4) water leaks. One was a lot and bad. Water saturated the carpet, from outside shower leaking inside . I managed to tighten fittings and worked . If was tested prior, may have leaked. Could not fix leak behind toilet. Contacted Rick @ Moores Trailer and was told needed new toilet due to bad seal. Was told he would.have to order , then come to Campground to fix, where Rick dropped off , after purchasing. No return calls. Never spoke to Rick again. Avoidance was now being played. They done got my cash and still have a leaky toilet. I do believe Moores did the plumbing on this camper and not the Manufacturer. Will not ever trust this business again . 21,397, was purchase price and couldn't even get toilet honored under warranty. Truly A Dishonest Business.

Good friendly service, good quality work, they will treat u like family. I'm taking my old Hi-Lo camper to them. They are willing to look at it, see what it will take to fix the problems and put custom work into for me.

Moore trailer is very bad with customer service....rv started falling apart on the first trip...had a whole page of repairs it needed when I returned..they had it 7 weeks !!!!! N didn't do repairs.... Contacted Brian Moore (owner) for help ...he said he'd take care of it .. NOT !!!! Once he knew my number he ignored me. RIck the salesman is no better. Had to contact gulf stream customer service to get help ... We will see how this works.. Made appointment with a independent repair shop ... Soo not happy with Moore ...don't recommend purchasing from them ... Moore trailers aka (pos)......

I wouldn't recommend Rick or Moore Custom Trailers at all. We had a few minor issues except for the back window that was a little bigger issue but nothing that couldn't have taken more than a couple of hours. We kept getting the run around this has been going on since June of this year a month after we bought it. He was either not in or promised to fix the problems only to have to pick it up and bring it back 4 times. He has a lot of excuses and is never around. He also said he would reimburse us for gas since we took it there 4 times. But of course he wasn't around when we picked it up. I think he is very shady and not a man of his word. Don't buy from this place.
