Had several poor service experiences here. Had a truck here for warranty service and repair. They worked on it for 7 months before I finally took it to another dealership that had it repaired in 4 days. Thaine (the service manager) simply stopped responding to phone calls and emails. Found them to be unprofessional and incompetent.

Highly recommended. I just brought my business truck in for the weekend. To be worked on initially. They looked at the repairs and told me a price which I was OK with if needed But once the repair was all done, they didn't have to do as many new parts as they thought initially. Therefore, the charges were less than half as much as they told me.

Dropped my car off for fuel and suspension issues, they charged $150 for them to tell me they couldnt find anything. I no longer have confidence in this place. Wouldn't advise you to either.

Had to come in here awhile back to get my airbag replaced because it was faulty. The tech that did it is not the one that usually does them so in the process broke my dash plastic on 2 separate pieces. I have pictures prior to their work that my dash is intact with no cracks or breaks. They agreed to fix the 1 in the front and ordered the part. Received a phone call for the service to be done told them about the other piece that they broke and I'm yet to here back from them prior to my bothers passing and they haven't heard nothing yet. He passed away August 1st. Heard from Josh George once from this and yet to here from him again.

Our 2020 Chevrolet Sonic had been to two other dealers over the past ten months. It had been in the shop, at the other dealers, for 16 weeks. McCormick Motors addressed all of the issues in 5 days and they even loaned us a car! This is the way a dealership and service department should treat customers. Thank you!

McCormick Motors is a great place to take your vehicles wither it is for a simple oil change or something major. The ladies in the Customer service ( Bethany and Jessica ) are so friendly and professional it makes for a great atmosphere. The owners are so friendly I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. Thank you for having such a Family Business!!
