Do not buy these. You will risk your life pulling a faulty trailer; they have massive quality control issues. Nothing like getting stuck in the middle of a trip with a faulty axel. Only a year out and I need a brand new axel

poor construction, everything falls apart after taking it off the lot. Warranty is no good, so you end up stuck with a lemon

I live in a large city and there is no dealership within 200 miles that will do warranty repairs. The RV construction is very sloppy workmanship and there are several manufacturing defects.

Bad construction of campers. Staff hides from phone calls. The company went downhill. Buy a Jayco or another brand. I got water damage from 40 staples being placed inside of the shower. The lady from the warranty said this is normal. In the hundreds of campers I have been in, I have never seen staples in the showers in campers that cause water damage.

It’s a rate paying job but you don’t get payed for what you do and they split it between all employees then when working over time you don’t get payed for it either they make it seem like they set you up for success and in all reality you are being set up to fail.

Here is my camper Rant to hopefully save someone else’s time!!!! I’m a single widowed mom of 3 kids!!!! Just in case anyone ever thinks about doing any business with McKeever RV in Sweetwater Tn!!! Please don’t get screwed like I did after they get your money!!!! Review has been made but wanted to make sure everyone else was aware of the way they treat people!!!!
Where to start?! all I wanted to do was make as many memories with my kids while I have them at home. This has been a straight NIGHTMARE! I thought buying a BRAND NEW camper I wouldn't have to worry about any problems for a while! We could travel and have some amazing memories. Boy was I wrong!!!! They def. took my thousands of dollars down payment and I also bought the extra warranty as well! The first weekend I had the camper we went straight to the campground about 30 mins away since we were already going to be up there! Got everything hooked up. My friend came over to help with set up since they have owned a camper their entire life's. The fridge didn't work at ALL!!! I called the next morning and whomever I talked with made me feel like I was just a dumb women. I took it back in and dropped it off on my way back home right after our trip. The fridge was replaced after about 2 months and the screws and the plates that are there to hold it in place where not put back into place. There where starches that where not before I dropped it off!! This is a brand NEW camper! I also told them about the toilet leaking really really bad!! They said they looked at it and fixed it! NOT!!! I had to fixed it myself! I have also asked one the the gentlemen there to come out and make sure that my hitched was right because it has a lot of movement. The brushed me off like I was again a dumb women! The latest problems are: I called about my hot water heater not turning on or not even making a sound. I told them I had a camping trip planned and I would bring it in as soon as I could. I would just use the bathhouse until then. I got it to them for them to tell me that it was "budge caused by dry fire, will not cover due to user error" and now my NEW camper is throwing FLAMES! AGAIN it wouldn't do any thing when I dropped it off. They told me I had to sign a paper saying my camper in now a fire hazard without getting it fixed. Another thing they called and left me one message telling me it was there for me to pick up if I wasn't getting it fixed. Then wanted to call and tell me they where going to start charging me for everyday it was there. Again I'm a mom of 3 that works a full time job TWO hours away from the rv lot. They also did their free roof inspection and told me it needed to be fixed with chalk in a couple of spots. I told them to go ahead since it was up there but this was before I found out about the hot water heater. So I sucked up my words that I wanted to say while I was there and how sorry they are to tell me I did something when they did something and is now throwing flames! I paid the amount they said and left! We got it home and while looking at the camper we found that parts of the roof that they said caulked was indeed not done! And wires that where not burnt before where now fried and they didn't even screw some of the things back into place! Just tore it apart and just left it in even worse shape than it was. I will never tell anymore to do any busy with these people or to ever go and buy any toilet paper from their business. I have talked to a few other people that have done business here and they have had a lot of the same issues! Let me just tell you the cost of a new hot water heater as well from them in a break down....heater $852.99, Diagnostic 1 hr $180, Labor 3 hrs $540 dollars....Plus tax......$1572.99....just for FYI…. Currently own a 2017/2018 Conquest 6245 and in the course of small updates found a large hole drilled through the wall from behind the drivers seat that was allowing water in over the cabins roof. When I pulled the front board off I immediately saw water damage and light from the other side. Looking from the outside I couldnt find the hole but when I filled it with sealant from the inside I was able to see the sealant oozing out from above the cabin roof. This in no way had been touched by anyone else except me so I would just say to maybe do some inspection before purchasing new as we did to avoid little silly things like this.

Just returned from the Harrisburg RV show with an order in hand for a Gulfstream Vintage Cruiser. Sam Guess was very helpful as were the others we spoke to. A special shout out to Kenny from Gulfstream. His demeanor and knowledge helped to make this decision so much easier. In about 8 weeks, we'll be Cruising!

We are just getting in to RVing and retirement. However, I would probably never buy new from them. From what little interaction I've had with them on the phone, and what I have read about them, it doesn't seem like a very good company that the takes care of its customers.

1 because 0 is not an option. Brand new 2022...first camping trip over fathers day weekend and the converter goes out and the radio didn't work. Finally get a window to get it checked out a month later and the brakes locked up. Now we are in July and the converter comes but yeah wrong one. We are finally camping again this weekend and I have to use a battery charger to run my unit. And they DO NOT CARE. Zero stars Gulf Coach.

Purchased 2021 Innsbruck camper in 2021 and it definitely lacking quality construction. Haven't even had camp a year yet.. definitely wish I would have inspected it more during purchase.. . missing trim work ,walls coming apart , , staples sticking out.. having leaking issues.. this finish work is definitely not up to par.. not very happy with purchase.. and wish they would resolve these issues..
