Took car in for suspected blown brake line and AC recharge. The day I was supposed to pick it up I passed my car being driven back towards the mechanic so I turned around thinking if they're test driving it, it must be done. I get there and sit in my moms car not wanting to be rude waiting for them to call me, while 2 men are standing in the parking lot talking, one of them a large man who is leaning his weight on my open car door. (I never do that, and now my drivers door has a nice squeaking sound when I open it) After watching them talking the man gets back in my car and drives off again.. so now I go inside and ask for an update on my car. He tells me that it's done but the other man TOOK MY CAR OUT TO LUNCH and I can have it back when he's done. An entire hour goes by and I am livid. He finally returns and they tell me they wouldn't do an AC charge since it felt cold enough, and they they only refilled my brake fluid and charged me $75 for something I could have done myself. Very unprofessional and unfriendly people, never going back

Old however did wash salt off. Credit card didn't work correctly.... Had to try three four times.

It's an old timer shop with the cheapest car wash but good vacuums. But they also do car work.

Pry have the only $.75 soda machine around with with at least 15 kinds.. The boys an I go there a couple times a week an get ourselves yahoos!!

Is better now the automatic carwash but sometimes the ATH is not working and the price is not cheap anymore but at the same time the service with the customers is really perfect inside

Wash my truck there all the time since i moved to Nappanee. The washers has good enough pressure and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg to wash your vehicle
