“We had our Suburban detailed on the inside. It was in terrible shape before hand. Milk spilled in the back and I couldn’t get the smell out, French fries were on the floor and in every crevice of the back seat, and applesauce was on the ceiling. Yep. It was bad. I was amazed that it looked brand new when we picked it up. The smell was completely gone. This was absolutely the best detail job we have ever had and we will come back. Even the leather seats look perfect! Thank you for your help!!”

We hit something on the road this afternoon and when we got to our destination 3 miles down the road from this Monteith, we heard we were losing air from a tire quick after we were stopped. 4 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon they took our frantic call and stayed late to get us taken care of so we could enjoy our visit in Nappanee and get back home tonight (an hour and 15 minute from here)! Thank you for your assistance, work ethic, and willingness to stay late on a Friday! You made a stressful situation feel like it never happened. “I can't say enough about the quality of service, both on my vehicle and with me as a person. I was traveling and had a brake line leak on my rv, which is a safety hazard and needed to be addressed ASAP. They fit me in on a full schedule due to my circumstances, and was able to start the work on my rv the same day. Because I was traveling and sleeping in my rv, which I couldn't do while it was in the shop, they hooked me up with a local hotel (which was adorable and very comfy) and even took me there and picked me up the next day. It is a family run business, that they built from there driveway to their current beautiful building (nicest mechanic shop I've never seen). Their true interest and concern in your automotive needs and your personal safety are top notch and are what makes them stand out from the rest. I'm not only glad, but very grateful I brought my vehicle there. They gave me A++ service all the way around. Thank you, your family and your incredible staff for taking such good care of me.”
