We had to get a last minute package out in the middle of our cross country holiday road trip, so I walked into this UPS location totally unprepared. Timm was so helpful in lots of small ways - what a kind person! I now have a good association with Munster, Indiana because of him.

I never have to wait for a long time! I can be running late for work. If I have a minute or two to spare I will stop in, it takes more time to get from the car through the parking lot to the store than it actually takes in the store. Awesome customer service! I'm always greeted with a smile, I have never walked in that store and felt like the employee should've stayed home. It's always clean and if you have to buy anything, it's always great quality.

I had a very pleasant experience on my vist to your store. I knew nothing about nothing. The employee named Avianna, made my visit painless and extremely helpful! She was patient and so very kind! I'd tell any one who would listen to ship and shop with the UPS STORE!

I have done Amazon drop offs at other locations and at times has felt like it was an inconvenience. However, the UPS store in Munster, Indiana, has the absolute friendliest and most helpful staff imaginable. I know use them for all of my shipping needs not just Amazon returns.
