So this is the holy Mecca of Speedways!! When you walk in, the gates of heaven open as cherubs lead you down the shiniest. cleanest floor, to the slushes that are ALL IN WORKING ORDER FROZEN TO PERFECTION!!! Very friendly happy to be working staff just make it all that much better!! Let this be a guide to All other speedways, to set the bar and lead by example. Thanks Munster Speedway you are the best!!

I love this Speedway. I’m a frequent customer, since it’s close to a few of my clients. Employees are always friendly (especially in the morning!), bathrooms always clean, and they always have a good selection of drinks!

On today at 815pm , the female cashier refused to complete my gas purchase because I was paying cash. She told us she does not accept larger bills after hours because she may get “robbed” . Then she switched the story and stated “ we don’t keep cash in our store”. There are no signs posted anywhere regarding these policies and when asked do the store have any written rules for customers to view before waiting in the very long line that we did.. She admitted NO!So basically this store is creating policies that is fit for them and not the customer. I am hoping corporate will look into these practices as this is very very very poor customer service and a inconvenience to potential customersShe reported the manager Shannon is aware of this no cash policy

Cashier Leiani M. needs to be fired asap! I went in there tonight to get my free drink and to get gas. I pointed and told her pump 4 which is right in clear view of the window when she looks out. When I get to my pump I couldn't pump so I went back in and told her she didn't activate my pump she tells me I told her pump 14 which had someone already pumping gas. I told her that was a lie and to fix the problem. Instead she tells me to go tell the person their pumping my gas which I told her that's not my job and the way things are nowadays you can't approach people demanding them to stop! I asked her to do her job and fix the problem. Instead she called the police and ask me to leave. I waited for the police to arrive and tell them what happened which they agreed with me but said it was out of there hands so I need to contact corporate since it's a civil matter now! This is unacceptable and Speedway needs to really vet their workers.

Super slow service, early morning rush, afternoon rush and even the evening rush every day they take there sweet time checking out customers with 1 cashier, while the other cashier stands around BS with customers.
