Have you ever seen a bathroom like this? Unacceptable they don't care about the employees or customers. This has been like this for a long while. Sad oh the owner responded to previous comments by saying please send more details. No. What more do you need. Read and look at pictures. As expected read the response. No... I'm not contacting you for more information. You have enough, time to act. Take care of it words are not enough.

There is an elderly female manager around in her 60s white lady with glasses every time I go in there she has a very poor attitude and very disrespectful to the customer. If she wants to be like that she should not be in customer service for anything she should be working a warehouse job or something instead of dealing with the public.

I only buy my gas at speedway and consider myself a loyal customer. But I will never come to this particular location again. The cashier working tonight at 6:44 was especially rude to a DoorDash driver ahead of me in line. He had an order for a couple ice teas to complete a larger meal for a customer. Not only did the female cashier not give him the order we could see on his phone, she told him he was at the wrong speedway. It’s astonishing that this employee took no actions to figure out what went wrong.I heard this man on the phone outside the station trying to get help from DoorDash and the part of the conversation I overheard was pitiful.If you want attitude and unhelpful employees step right up to the speedway at 9600 Calumet. This young lady has no business in a customer facing position.

This place is disgusting. The bathroom is gross as hell. The people do not keep this place clean inside. This isn’t a one day deal. This has been for a long time. See videos, and photos I’ve posted. The corporate facility is about 2 1/2 miles from this location. The company for what they are worth can at least give you a clean place to go to the bathroom and walk around and not feel like your food is going to be contaminated by the way, the inside of the facility looks.

Second time I came to this speedway asking to exchange propane tank for a full one, "Rose" says that there are none left when I clearly see them outside. I even took a picture of them sitting outside and she still tells me there are none left. Very poor customer service. When asked for corporates number, she decides to give me a false number. Rose at Munster speedway. Very poor customer service.

Very convenient and easy access to get to gas station for beverages, snacks and of course gas, it definitely be busy on most days and the employees are great.
