I don’t usually write reviews but I had such an amazing experience here I just had to. I was greeted by Nicole the minute I entered the store. She asked if I was looking for anything in specific and I let her know what exactly I was looking for. She gave me so many options and was so detailed on the material of the scrubs down to the fit. I love how she really listened to what I was looking for in scrubs and showed me everything that fit that my specification. Nowadays great customer service is really hard to come by but not at this store. I can’t speak enough about how she really helped me find what I was looking for and more. Nicole enrolled me in their rewards program and explained how it worked cause I definitely will be back for more scrubs. She also provided me with information on their logos for companies as well as individual customization. Overall, EXCELLENT customer service and amazing scrubs. Definitely recommend to give Nicole at Scrub Depot Midway a visit.

If you’re looking for quality scrubs at a reasonable price this is the place for you! They are affiliated with numerous corporations so embroidery for your facility is no problem and not to mention extremely fast. Jackie was AMAZING in aiding me to find the perfect fitting scrubs. She was very friendly, personable, and efficient in performing her job. So glad I came across Scrub Depot and will surely be referring my healthcare friends for all their healthcare needs.

I am the owner of an allied health school in Hammond, Indiana, and I have been using Scrub Depot in Munster for the last 3.5 years to provide uniforms for my students and employees. This company is absolutely outstanding! I couldn't ask for a better partner to meet our needs. They offer high-quality scrubs and handle logo placement and adjustments with great care. The store manager, Jackie, is simply amazing—she is personable and incredibly friendly. I absolutely love this store. I work in a hospital, and always looking for the perfect scrub. I’m a heavy girl and I’m always conscious about how I look and want to make sure things fit me accordingly. Jenni and Jacki were so amazing at finding me exactly what I need. I loved how they catered to my needs and their customer service was top tier. I’ll definitely be back to purchase more!!!!!
