Angalina is the best! She is super knowledgeable and talented and always gets my hair to exactly match the inspo pictures that I show her. My experiences are always efficient and comfortable with beverages to enjoy!

This review is LONG overdue. My mom came across R&R studio, more specifically the wonderful Sarah, a while back and insisted I checked it out myself. As long as Sarah is around, I will never go anywhere else! I have been to a few stylists over the years and they did a lovely job, however, they weren't quite what I was looking for. I find that Sarah really listens to what I love/want (all about the messy choppy layers!) and absolutely kills it every time. I've seen her other work online and it's obvious she can do it all. The cherry on top? I have an anxiety disorder and small talk in a salon chair isn't always the easiest/most comfortable for me but Sarah is a breath of fresh air. Shes both fun and so easy to talk to! I have no doubt every stylist at R&R is incredible. Everyone there has been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Sarah, if you move away, my mom and I are following!!! :D

Sarah the owner is always welcoming and I enjoy getting my hair cut at this neighborhood spot. So many places around here - you just have to find the right vibe for you.

My daughter had a cut/color for her birthday by Angalina. She was so good with my daughter; they talked about a good color and style and Angelina executed it beautifully. Can't recommend Angalina enough.

I had one great hair cut from Alexis. Several months later I booked another appointment two weeks out. The day before my appointment Alexis asked if I could move my appointment to the following day instead. I had no problem with that so I did. The day of my appointment, she texted me to cancel. This was a great inconvenience for me. But I booked the soonest appointment after that which was another two weeks out. She did not bother to try to get me in sooner even though she offered to help me reschedule. The day of my next appointment, she asked me again if I could change times just hours before my appointment. Considering my last appointment was canceled and no follow up was given within the two weeks I had to wait for another appointment (making me wait a total of a whole month) this was pretty disrespectful of my time. I have NEVER had someone ask me to jump through so many hoops just for a hair cut. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and do not recommend them as their customer's time clearly does not matter to them at all. Terrible customer service.

Connie with Native Wax is AMAZING!!!! I followed her from your past employer & saw her for over 5 years before I moved to Spokane. If I could afford the monthly trip to see her I would. She's incredibly easy to talk to, walks you thru the process (if your a beginner), and does a great job! 12/10 recommend

Love love love this place. I recently moved here from CO and I was nervous to find a salon here in Seattle and I got super lucky with this place. I needed a healthy trim and a spruce up on my bags and Alexis did a fantastic job. My hair feels so much better! I'll be back for sure. Thanks ladies

Summer Smith did a wonderful job on my hair. I wanted a cut and light balayage. She gave my hair life! She even recommended a new shampoo and conditioner that I've been loving. It's been a couple months so I'm going to book with her again soon!

I love my new haircut from Alexis! She listened and gave me just what I was looking for. My dreary straight long hair is now full of layers and bounce. It sounds like she plans to stay at R &R which is great because usually when I find a stylist I like (very rare) they disappear into thin air!!

Summer assured me that she had Vidal Sasson training and knew how to do a precision haircut. My haircut looks like an old Buster Brown cut! Precision hair cuts are angled...this is not. Summer also said I should not have my hair cut to my cheekbone because my face will look puffed out, and then she cut my hair to my cheekbone. IF YOU WANT A PRECISION HAIR CUT DO NOT COME HERE. This is the worst cut I have received in many years.

Summer did an amazing job with my hair! She took me from blonde to red and even though it was my first time with her I felt like I was in very capable hands. She talked to me about the color I wanted to make sure we got the best results I wanted. Very reasonably priced and she was very friendly throughout the whole process. I love how the color turned out and will definitely be coming back!

This review is for Connie of Native Wax, located within R&R Studio. Connie is an eyebrow ARTIST. I've been seeing her for about six months now and she is so consistent in helping me maintain my brows. She is so kind and welcoming, her space is cozy and stylish, and I don't experience any sort of irritation with the products she uses. She does an incredible job every time and I am so thrilled to have discovered her! Thank you so much, Connie!

MICHELLE YOU ARE AMAZING!! Okay before this salon I have gone to two previous ones since moving to Seattle. Both wrecked my hair and left me in tears. I came out of the last salon with the most yellow hay looking hair. Like if horses saw my head they'd try to take a chunk outta it thinking it was food for them :( ANYWAYS so I was recommended by a friend to go to R&R and ask for Michelle. To be honest I was terrified to go to anyone who is not Asian after going to non Asian hair stylists the past two times. I'm so glad I gave this a try. I've found my new hair home :) So I came in with bright yellow hair and I told Michelle I was done trying to go lighter and that I just wanted to go darker. I showed her a pic and though it doesn't look that much like the picture, I'm still in love with the hair she did for me. I'm glad it's still a bit blonde so it's perfect for summer, just a little darker! Home girl got me in and out of the salon within 2 hours. I was estimating it would take like four hours. She was so quick! Next time I'll be asking to get my hair toned so it can be ashier but besides that I'm in love! Thank you so much, Michelle. You are so good at what you do and you're so much fun to talk to :)
