Dr. Han had a hostle attitude towards me when I tried to ask basic questions. He actually said "Tell you what..why don't you let me do my job". He didn't even look at my dog's chart and had no idea that he was a recurring patient suffering from bone cancer. So much for him doing his job.

It’s walk in. The doctor is great. I thought they would be a lot more expensive being in Munster, but they actually have better pricing the my original vet. I happened to come here because my other vet said it would be a month until they could get me in. I could t wait that long. This place has my business from here on out!!

I'm only given a one star because they tried to charge me new registration for a pet that was already registered now if I would not have said anything I would have ended up paying that but I said something and I would have been overcharged $70 make sure you get an itemized receipt before paying

You could get your staff to have some couth and obviously more training. Barb was rude as hell on the phone talking to staff about my emergency and Kiera had no idea of anything including on how to mute the phone obviously. I spent $500 there this week and was treated extremely poorly once I was calling for more information. There's only two doctors here at a time if you're lucky.

Took my puppy here to get a booster shot when I first got him and I was told that I had to restart his previous 2 shots because it wasn't done by them, so I was charged over $200 for 1st shot and doctor visit, the next visit was set for 8 weeks and I was told that it would cost me roughly $235 for his 2nd shot plus the rabies shot, so I denied the 2nd set of shots and just opted for the rabies shot. Since I didn't accept the other shots I was never able to purchase my dog nexguard chewables for fleas and ticks offline because you need a prescription and this place denied me. My dog is almost 9 months and have had all of his shots besides a booster because they're telling me that I would have to start over since too much time has passed. I don't have thousands of dollars to fork out for a dog when I have children to provide for as well. My grandfather would turn over in his grave if I kept forking out all of my money on my dog, our dog lived for 16 years off collard greens and blackeyed peas when I was younger. All of these shots required are money scams imo besides rabies and parvo. Stay away from money hungry places like this one in ol Indiana because they're only out to milk your pockets, but that's just me because I know that I could just drive a little further and go into the city of Chicago and get shots for a lot cheaper. If you got a lot of money for donations though, then continue going here.

Great dr.s and staff! They explained everything very well and easy to understand. They treated my girl(whose a ball of energy/anxiety) so great. Very accommodating. They are expensive but aside from that amazing!

I highly recommend Munster Animal Hospital. They are kind and professional! Last week we ran in to get our dog his rabies shot. They stopped seeing animals 15 minutes before we got there, but they kindly took him in. I greatly appreciated it! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great Service, didn't have a long wait. This is a walk-in clinic for pets. You do need an appointment for grooming. As with most vets nowadays, costs add up depending on what is wrong and how many medications are needed.
I highly recommend Munster Animal Hospital.

Wonderful place for boarding!! I took my dog Max here for boarding for the very first time and Ania gave me a tour before I dropped him off. She put me at so much ease and I didn’t worry at all! During his time being boarded, she even sent me pictures of him and gave me updates! It was so nice and relaxing to see how much they care about your pet here. Thank you Ania and the MAH team for taking care of my baby!! I will be bringing him here again.
