I used to use another company, now i've switched to Lansing Cleaners. Their staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They have great coupons in different newspapers and at the local supermarket. I use them for all of my dress clothes and suits, but i have also used them for my sleepingbags. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. I've not had an issue, and i've used them over 30 times!

I switched to Lansing because my previous cleaner (for well over 10 years) was sold to new owners and the service was bad. Lansing cleaners has been excellent and my shirts are always perfectly cleaned and pressed. I will be using Lansing going forward from now on.

They do a great job of getting my clothes I drop off clean and back quickly! I have used other cleaners in the area and found they cut corners, etc...not Lansing!! They also have coupons available which makes it even more affordable!

My go to place for dry cleaning They are a full service cleaners that provide an environmentally safe process and quality approach to professionally cleaning of your clothes. Normally there is no wait period before being served. Friendly staff that enjoys providing great service. Your Dry cleaning needs are ready on the day stated. Parking is ample in front of the cleaners. Stop in and get that red carpet look on your garments.

I have been a customer for many many years. They have provided good service overall. The clothes come out well and unlike other dry cleaners, I never experienced anything being ruined. My wedding dress was stored with them and it turned out perfect for my daughter. Like everywhere, a glitch happens now and then and they are pricey, but I use coupons and rewards.

They shrunk my bosses CUSTOM-Made shirt that I dropped off. They attepted to fix it but were unsuccessful. The owner did not offer to replace it. After 20 years of patronizing Lansing Cleaners, this is not acceptable. We then canceled our weekly laundering of his scrubs (4 sets at over $13.00 per set) We now pay 1.40 per set at a very customer oriented cleaner in Highland.

We had a large comforter clean there and some dress pants comforter came out beautiful and dress pants were crispy

More expensive than CD Price but they clean it better, especially cigarette smoke
