Pharmacists here are very rude. They need to learn basic customer service. Better training and actually caring about customers should be basic prerequisites, you'd think, but you'd be wrong. Take your business elsewhere. I went to Osco forever....moved here and this is my only choice, changed pharmacies. It's not Osco. It's literally this location in Munster. Terrible.

First of all...the deli department has horrible service...went there this morning for some cooked chicken and the employees in the deli is useless...I told the lady I needed 12 grilled chicken and 12 fried chicken and I repeated myself twice and she only gave me 12 fried chicken and I told her I also needed 12 grilled chicken and she got a attitude like I should of said it when you was getting the chicken the first time...so I told her nevermind I'll take it since she was too lazy to get the 12 pices of grilled chicken...then as usual no buckets for the chicken...just plastic zip lock bags that doesn't even zip up...it comes a loose when grabbing the handle....the service is getting worse there and thar lady needs to retire...she never smiles and always look like she doesn't want to be there...skipping over numbers when being called....y'all need a new crew in deli

It seems to be very pleasant. Conversation with the pharmacy and people are nice. It is not ghetto like the South Holland Jewel. I will always come to this store. Peaceful and pleasant. So far no problems. Hope to stay that way.

The meat quality is excellent, fish quality is excellent, they are a little pricey, but you pay for good quality.

I went with a client of mine to Jewel- Osco. When she went through the register her clipped coupons did not clip, due to the phone number being put in incorrectly we think. Jeanie, the customer service associate, was kind and helpful, and light heartedly helped us fix the problem! We really appreciated that! ?

I just had the most amazing experience with an employee by the name of Shay (some call her Shila) she works at the deli!! I was shopping and then she recommended the Chinese Chicken salad & offered me to try it!! Winner winner chicken dinner!! I bought it after I was already done shopping! What an amazingly kind individual! I truly thank God for her great customer service!! Had a few issues at the self cash wrap and Aniya!!! Aniya is a superstar!!I took out time to speak with the store manager by the name of Scott Allen!! Such a professional! It’s a blessing to have great customer service & a manager who cares about the business of such!

The floral shop person was very rude and need to learn how to speak to the customers when placing an order. I will never order from here ever again. Her customer service skills suck!

Your Munster store would not honor the price match deal on the Jenni-O Turkey. The cashier and the front end manager both argued with me that they cannot honor prices that are from a digital coupon, even though your circular has no such restriction printed. Your front end manager then pointed to a line on the circular saying “we have the right to limit quantities” and tried to tell me that it meant that they didn’t have to honor the promise stated in the weekly ad. I’m not a fan of false advertising, and your store engaged three different employees to deny a customer a price promise that was written into your own sale ad. I usually really like Jewel Osco and I’m sincerely by the experience I had at your store today. This has really soured my opinion of your company.

Went there for their special on chicken breast twice, such a waste of time. Not only did they not have their newspaper special stocked they refused to stock or even give a rain check. This will be the last time I waste my time at Jewel Osco.
