“CAME TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION ON 04/13/24 START NEW SERVICE WITH A NEW CARRIER. VIVIAN WAS MY SALES ASSOCIATE ON THIS DAY. SHE WAS FAST EFFICIENT HAD PLENTY OF KNOWLEDGE AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I WILL BE TAKEN MY BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION IN THE NEAR FUTURE. IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW T-MOBILE LOCATIONS THAT HAD IN HOUSE THE IPHONE 15 PRO MAX. “I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. Because in the end, I want proof I dropped off there equipment. Well if necessary, I hope they check there cameras. Thou that won't say who I am though, will it!”
